They said that might not be convenient and would let me know. On Sun 3/1 at 5.30pm, I rec'd this letter: "Hello, It won't be possible to change the route. I apologize but you will need to find another company for all three pools . At Martinez you have too many cracks in the pool and per Mauricio pool looses too much water and will make us use a lot more chemicals. Sorry for this but I can no longer help". I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.

Over the past few months, I've experienced ongoing pool and spa issues that were not properly addressed. My pool frequently did not have enough chlorine, the baskets were not being emptied consistently, and overall maintenance was not performed to the standard I expected. Since it was a Sunday evening, almost no one picked up. And the two people who did said they couldn't come. Fortunately, I was able to talk with Priscilla at Ortiz Pool service. She was extremely accommodating and asked for pictures of the pool. After I sent them, she quickly responded that she could send a person out to us within 90 min and gave us an accurate quote for service. The serviceman, Julian, was extremely professional and took care of the problem quickly. An hour or two later, we were all enjoying the pool. Ortiz pool service saved our trip!
