They road tested it first and called to let me know that it was running fine for them before they did anything (that's how it always happens, right?) just to make sure I still wanted it done--they easily could have just done it anyway. I went ahead and had them fix it. They had it done in a single day (with cars lined up all over the lot). Also had a tire pressure sensor break on them while they were inflating the tires--they swapped it out with a temporary one at NO COST so my family would be safe on our trip. That was huge. The thing is, with a wet sump oil system, I can't take my car to any Joe Shmo oil change place and I've even been advised to avoid dealerships; these guys don't know what they are doing. The car has to be running for so long, the temperature has to be just right, all of these variables have to be met before changing the oil. He even refused to give us more 30 day tags. This man only wants your money don't spend your money with the man. I have tried multiple times to reach him by phone and texts and he never responds. So I made an appointment for 11 a.m. this morning. I had a problem the last time so I was reluctant to go to Conrad's again. Troy was behind the front desk. Very friendly greeting. I gave him my info and he said it might take a bit longer since the central appointment folks had double booked them. But he said they would get me in and out as quickly as possible. I presented a coupon for $17.95. No problem. Coupon accepted. Waited about 45 minutes. Total bill came to $21.14. They did notify with a problem with the front end alignment. No hard sell. Just the facts. I was totally pleased with this visit. But here is what impressed me most. A lady in line ahead of me brought her car back and complained about an oil change problem from last October. She said she had taken it to Quick Lube this morning (a couple doors down from Conrad's) and stated they had told her whomever changed the oil the last time has put in the wrong size plug or something like that. She was a bit upset. And she said it had messed up something in her engine. Troy listened intently and when she was finished he said "When can you bring your car in. We will make everything right." No argument. No comment about her taking her car elsewhere for her oil change. Just perfect customer service. I like the new management. Much better than previous management.

I had my front and rear brake pads replaced here a month ago. I brought my car in to have it…read morechecked before I went on a road trip. Their digital inspection report stated: " Rears look recently replaced. The RR out board pad is wearing way faster then it should. The rotor shows signs of overheating, discolored. The slide pins are sticking" Caliper slide pins should have been properly cleaned and lubricated during the original inspection, that should be standard. Because they stuck, the brand new outboard pad ground down and ruined the rotor. Conrads did replace the pads and rotors under warranty, but would not discount the caliper replacement. Being charged labor on something that should have been done in the original work seems excessive. They did waive the fee for the 'road trip inspection.' Guess it's a good thing I had it checked, but it definitely feels like I was overcharged, and it's disappointing the original brake job was poorly done.
