Second, I recently tried to fill a large bucket with water, heavier than what I would normally have in my sink but not outrageous, and the sink fell down. Looking underneath only one bolt was connected, none of the other's lined up, and the rest was held on with silicone caulk. Third, where there is a seam that they sanded has turned turned completely dull.

Reached the company nobody called back. We found out the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago. The part that is more frustrating here is that they were still open making sales to customers who they knew they were not be able to deliver or install their items. Long story short almost three months later, No countertops and no money back. just put our claim with the Worcester bankruptcy court where their case is currently open. Lesson learned, just verify the stay of the company before your purchase any items so this doesn't happen to you.
