I only booked this massage because I had extra ClassPass credits and thought I'd give it a try…read more Unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish. The scheduling was a mess. ClassPass showed my appointment for Wednesday, but the office called me on Tuesday asking where I was. After that was sorted out, they contacted me again on the day of my appointment--less than two hours before my scheduled 6 p.m. session--to tell me that my time slot was no longer available and that I would need to come earlier instead. I adjusted my schedule, but when I arrived, I still had to wait another 15 minutes because the massage therapist was late. The massage itself was unlike any I've experienced. The table was uncomfortable and squeaked throughout the session. The massage felt unstructured, with the pressure constantly switching between extremely hard and extremely light. I rarely felt any actual muscle work with the therapist's fingers--instead, it was almost entirely elbows, knuckles, or palms. More than half the session was also done while the therapist was sitting in a chair. After the massage my ribs and neck were both sore. I've been getting massages for 15-20 years, and my mother was a massage therapist, so I've experienced many different techniques. This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've had. I hope the business improves both its scheduling and the training of its massage therapists. Even visiting a well-established clinic like Massage & Spa or another reputable spa for comparison could help provide a better sense of how a structured deep tissue massage should feel.

Poor quality, we were rushed through the services. When i steped out after my 50min facial - my mother was already out of the room - while she was booked for a 75min body contour (we started at the same time). Facial didnt tighten my pores or refreshed my skin - if i pay 140$ plus 20% tip for a facial - i want to see the result and feel refreshed. Was not the case. Last minute got suggested to switch from the Rejuvinating body wrap to a massage. I agreed. Got a light massage for 50min (while asked for stronger pressure) - instead somehow got charged 140$ for 1hour massage. It was not 60minutes. In addition to all, after my massage - i had a mark on my forehead and side face from their massage table - for the next 2 hours it wouldnt go away. Dont recommend! They overcharge and underperform.

We opted for the two male masseuse and they were horrible. First, they didn't even introduce themselves. Second, the music they were playing was too loud and not the relaxing spa music that they normally play during a massage. Then they start having a conversation with each other during our massage. My masseuse spent 90% on my skull, neck and back. Barely massaged my legs or arms. And finally, when he asked us if we wanted champagne or mimosa, we asked for mimosa. They were out of orange juice so no mimosas - really? Hotel is out of OJ? I was so disappointed and won't be going back.

The massage itself was excellent, and I was very pleased with that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the facial was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the treatment, much of the session was spent trying to sell skincare products. At the end of my visit, I was also encouraged to purchase a membership, but the pricing did not honor the Mother's Day special that had originally attracted me to the spa. As a result, what I expected to be a special and affordable experience turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. While the massage was wonderful, I was disappointed by the constant sales pressure and the lack of transparency regarding the promotional pricing.

I am posting this here to help people avoid any surprises. I think the young lady at the front desk is SUPER kind and sweet and when she explained everything I probably just forgot some stuff. I was also provided a little folder with a pamphlet and coupons, a free 1-hr facial, and a free goodie bag with skincare samples. My massage therapist, Melania, was awesome, so kind, so caring, and very thorough. I asked the front desk to inform people before coming in that they should not wear perfumes or lavender oil because Melania has an allergy that triggers difficult breathing and possibly other more serious symptoms in the presence of some essential oils. Sending my gratitude and respect to this very professional and kind staff! Can't wait to come back! Thank you all!

The price on the page is misquoted. It's actually $80 an hour plus a mandatory 15% tip. If you are into deep tissue massage like me, avoid this establishment. They start by having you put your feet in warm water which is very relaxing. You get the reflexology done in a dimly lit room on a small bed next to other beds with clients beside you. They started by massaging my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. They eventually made their way to my feet and calves. They end the massage with hot towels & warm stones. *They accept walks- ins which is nice when you're in the mood for a spontaneous foot massage* Cons: 1.) The towels they use to dry your legs and feet off with are really rough and hurt a bit. 2.) the one time I got a full body massage instead of reflexology was really rushed. It was in a tiny room, the masseuse scratched my back to the point where it bled (it was an elderly lady so maybe she couldn't see?) The massage was terrible. I would only go for reflexology 3.) the reflexology room is shared with many clients so it's very communal. The only downside is some clients are not mindful and not courteous. Yesterday, a man's phone kept going off very loudly. Not to mention he was talking loud and fell asleep and started snoring extra loud. Some people really can't read the room. But the prices are really good! It's a nice treat once in a while. The customer service is always good too.
