As I walked out to go to my car, the owner came out screaming saying that I didn't pay because although I paid my Groupon she said I had to pay again even though I had a receipt of payment and made a scene in front of others. Now, I am stuck with a Groupon to them that I will NOT use and lost money since I refuse to go back. To add, my entire back and arms were bruised and I was left in A LOT of pain. Everyone kept walking in and out of my room while I was being massaged and the light was fully on. I will never go back and suggest you don't either! It looks like I got in a fight and lost.

I found this place on yelp looking for someone to rub my back as I have been having a constant sore…read morespot I can't reach. I picked it as it's the cheapest deal around I could find!:) I parked in the back where there's a large parking lot and I walked in at the front. It is a little weird the entrance door is all blacked out. In the lobby at the front desk a guy greets me. I tell him I will do half hour as I only want to do my back. This man is a first class hustler because he keeps trying to talk me into an hour and then into 45min. I stick to the half hour as I don't know what therapist I get either way. I am guided to the room and to snap a picture, I try to turn up the light switch. Now did I not know it was the volume button and suddenly I'm blasting spa music in the building:) A man that doesn't speak English walks in. I try to show him where it hurts. He was very friendly. But he's close to a dominatrix because I was in pain half of the time even I asked to be more gentle. I'm bony and my muscles aren't really in good shape so I feel like he will tear something any time. He works fast, you don't feel like time is being wasted. In the end warm towels and hot stones are being used. I asked to put my arthritis cream on the sore spot on my spine and he is very helpful to do so. The massage was 31min long so it wasn't shorter than what you pay for. I got dressed and walked out. I tipped the therapist and then try to handle the rest with the front desk attendant. I show the yelp check in, and he says it's only for hour massages. The yelp check in offer says any so he ends up giving me the discount. I did tip half of that back to him. The front desk is pushing the hustle mentality a little too far. I don't know if it's a Chinese thing but it is borderline rude. I rather find a place where I can come often to take care of my back issues then being pushed into paying more and talked into something I don't want. Service is good depending on therapist you get but if you like deep tissue then you are at the right location for that!

My girlfriend had a good massage next to me, but I felt molested. Honestly. Never have had an experience like that. My ass was rubbed over and over, her hands went down my crack more than several times & she touched my vagina from behind many times. I was frozen stiff and silent because I didn't know what to do. I finally said "you don't have to massage my butt" and she stopped. When I was told to flip over, she lifted the towel/sheet and saw my breasts, and said "Oo nice!" And I was just like, umm, thanks? When we left I gave my friend cash to pay and ran out. I cannot believe this just happened. Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Some movements were a little uncomfortable but both Shane and Alejandra were constantly communicating with me to ensure I was doing OK. The massage was about 20-30 mins. and I felt great afterwards. You can tell they both know what they are doing and were open to answer all my questions. I would love to go back and try another massage or other services.
