This place is terrible. I walked in there...first of all there is no real entrance, I had to walk through all the workers with all the sparks flying as they welded things....then one of them points to the stairs (this open creepy metal staircase) and I go upstairs, and the receptionist just stares at me. So I tell her I have a chair I would like to fix, and she says "Our guys are all tied up, sorry." So I politely suggest that maybe I could LEAVE the chair until maybe they have a few minutes...it's not like I expected them to fix it IMMEDIATELY, I mean, I'm a reasonable person! She then tells me "Just go down the street to Fred Martin, they'll get it done faster". Well that was easy. Thankfully I got to walk out of there without being rude, but you would think maybe they would want some business??? I just thought the whole thing was weird. They clearly aren't looking for anymore customers. With that said, head 1/2 mile down the street to Fred Martin - they are walk more clean cut and together, and way more helpful. read more
