After taking my deposit, Jeff basically disappeared. For a couple of weeks, he offered various excuses for the delays, but nothing ever moved forward. Eventually, I told him I'd rather just get a refund and hire someone else. Since then, I've been completely ghosted. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I trusted him with my money, and now I'm left with no job done and no refund. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to file a police report. Be very cautious before working with this company.
