He seemed agitated when I first met him to look at my gate. Later, after some back and forth text/email, we spoke on the phone and he spent much of it complaining about his sub-contractor and then threatening to not take this job because he was worried that we had a bad rapport based on the 15 minutes we spent together. I just want my gate fixed Sir. Harold then gave me an extremely high unofficial quote and I suggested we likely wouldn't fix it. Then I decided to file a claim with my insurance company and let Harold know we might indeed fix it. He tried to charge me $500 for a quote. Then he texted me a day later saying that he wasn't going to quote us at all because "we're not going to fix it." It's like he was having conversations with himself and then letting me in on bits and pieces. Very erratic and unprofessional. I didn't realize we had to be best friends to do business.

He came on time and he showed me everything he did. He did an awesome job with what I had and he didn't give up. He also didn't charge me more. But get this! After the job he FOLLOWED UP not once not twice but THREE TIMES. He even came back out. Who does that now a days. I had a wrought iron fence that needed repair and a piece added at the bottom so our dog couldn't slip underneath. They called back within ten minutes, came the next day to pick up my fence. They repaired it and painted it and installed within a week! They did an amazing job. AND they repaired my mailbox. AND I liked every person I spoke to on the phone and that came out to the house.
