In my case, the work was left incomplete and caused additional problems in the home, including unfinished areas, damage that was not repaired, and issues with electrical work that did not pass inspection multiple times. Items returned to me were damaged, and several parts of the home were left unsecured or unfinished. I also had difficulty reaching the contractor afterward, which made the situation even more stressful. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution."

Heating and air company showed up and found junction box burnt up. Almost catastrophic. Called spurlock and they will not take responsibility since I authorized the company that was already here to fix it. I guess they expected me and my family to potentially spend another night with no heat waiting for them to possibly get out here when I had someone already here who could fix it. I do not trust any of the electrical work done on my house now. Edit in Response to chad: this was not an issue that could wait. It's Not like I had an outlet that didnt work, this was our heat. It was 40 degrees last night. I have a 5 year old. It had to be fixed immediately. So of course I used someone who was already here. Was I suppose to turn them away on a whim that you all would come out? Apparently you guys don't see this was a serious install issue that almost cost us dearly.

Exceptional Duct Cleaning Experience in Marietta, GA - Hurricane Group!…read more I just had Hurricane Group come out to service my ~1,500 sq. ft. townhome in Marietta, and I am honestly blown away by the quality of their work! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They completely cleaned out every vent, replaced old vent covers with brand-new ones, and even took the time to walk me through each step so I understood exactly what was being done. They also serviced the humidifier, sanitized the entire HVAC system, and made sure everything was running at top performance. When they were done, the whole home smelled fresh and clean--and I could immediately feel the difference in the air quality. Breathing feels easier, lighter, and healthier. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reasonably priced, and detail-oriented team for duct or vent cleaning, I highly recommend Hurricane Group. They exceeded my expectations and delivered a level of service that's hard to find these days. Professional Thorough Great communication Outstanding results Definitely a 5-star experience!
