My wall didn't have studs in the proper locations. He gave me all the options on how it could get done. He did not allow me to force him to put it on the wall which I am glad for because the tv would have been on the FLOOR! Sorry about the long telling…read more Okay folks, it's gonna be a bumpy ride. I had a nasty interaction with said company I found on yelp or rather she found me. I hired the company to move me from Loganville GA to Waukegan IL. On the 26th of December 2024, with them doing a round-trip back to Atlanta. I had a trip via Amtrack leaving Atlanta on the 29th of Dec., and she agreed per contract (which I never got). There were three people her nephew and the nephew's girlfriend and I made the fourth. The price she quoted me was $1,500. I paid in full with the final payment made on the 26th of Dec. early when we were approximately 3 or 4 hours into the trip. There was no problem going. However, the trip back became a lesson in terror. At about 3:15 in the morning, she insisted that I call the hotel to make sure that I had my destination confirmed, keep in mind I had a confirmation and paid the bill. Welp, when I called them, somebody picked up saying hold on, hold on, hold on, and put me on hold for five to seven minutes. That was too long for her and she said let me call, she did and the guy said that I had no reservations The lady kept calling the hotel, she called a total of about six times all the while hollering and screaming at me and telling me that I was a dumb ass because I didn't know how to handle business and she could better handle MY business and was mad that I would let her do it. , We were hollering back and forth while her nephew and girlfriend were pretending they were still sleeping. She had told me earlier that the hotel was too far outta her way and that she would drop me off somewhere where I could call an Uber or Lyft. Her nephew could possibly drop me off though, but they also said the hotel was outta their way. The last gas fill-up was the last straw after all the hollering and screaming,and she threatened to put me out, but I better be glad she didn't kick my ass before I left. At that point, I said let me get outta your vehicle. She then proceeded to call me a dumb cripple old bitch I'm 61, a teenager in the age game, (I'm diabetic, which is why I needed someone to drive my vehicle. Bottom line, they left me in Montegle TN at the Pilot gas station. At the time of this writing I'm in Manchester TN iinthe chain hotel that I ttransferredmy two might stay to The original hotel was in the Buckhead metro area near the Amtrack station. I hired a ride company to take me from Manchester TN to Atlanta for $315 315 andading out tomorrow 12/29 to Atlanta. I called my bank and canceled the final payment.
