I was told by the owner of the company upon my contacting them after seeing they had called....that I would be unable to speak with the repairman until I paid the 80 service call fee????? What in the world? I wanted them to repair the dishwasher and was certainly prepared to pay. The fact they demand their service call fee immediately prior to speaking with the repairman says they are not able to work with businesses, only homeowners who are home at the time of service. If you manage multiple properties- do not deal with this company. Not to mention - they were not capable of fixing a fairly new dishwasher.
