Daren noticed the oil on the pavement was fresh and initially suspected it was a bad oil service, and he urged me to call the service station that provided the oil change. Lo and behold the owner of the service station came to try to fix the issue---but upon further investigation it was deemed that the oil pump wall had failed --- and it wasn't the service station's fault - but that diagnostic was free. So after all that, Daren came back and delivered my car to Toyotech and even gave me a discount! I can't give 10 stars but when it comes to an honest business man that goes above and beyond the call of duty, Town Lake Towing has you covered!

When I called G&C, they were able to come right away. Although I expected them to tow me to a car repair shop, they were able to diagnose the problem and towed me to a nearby auto parts store instead. They bought the part, installed it, and had me on my way in just a few minutes. The car works perfectly and the battery is now charged. They even checked on me later to make sure I had been able to get home safely. These are GOOD PEOPLE, and I will call them every time I need a tow in the future. I highly recommend them! Any towing company can tow a broken car, but G&C went above and beyond!
