He was accommodating with my schedule and showed up on time- actually early! We talked, he shared the history of the company (30 yrs in business, I remember correctly) and reviewed what we were hoping to replace- he showed me what Shading Solutions could do- measured, twice, and we were on our way. The date he told me to anticipate our awnings should be delivered and one week before, contacted me to say we are on schedule! The awnings were delivered and we set a date for installation. The day before, Kurt Lamothe, the installer, came to look at the awnings and to check out the job site, impressive! Not waiting for 'day of ' - being proactive shows professionalism ~ so appreciated in this day! The installers show up, again, professional and friendly and EARLY! Again, I was impressed because as they're installing, Joe, my sales guy, shows up just to make sure all is going well and that I was satisfied. He even texted me after to say there is a windy storm rolling in so make sure to roll up the awnings as they were just installed. The guys picked up all the wrappings and left not one piece behind. Oh- and the price was fair, no hard sell or upsell. Will post pics later ~ but we are VERY satisfied to find a company and people who are professional and are great at their jobs! Thanks Joe, Kurt, Kurt Jr and Cliff (?) I apologize if I got the name wrong!

Once I was able to get the permit, my contact Fabian, scheduled us to begin the next day. The removal of our old driveway, framing and grating took a full work day by a crew, led by Mark, that were there to work. I'm disabled and like to sit outside and was able to watch as professionals took care to build me a driveway that I too could be proud of, simply by It's commission. I say commission because after my city inspection, the true artistry began. I was able to watch as they plied their trade, working in harmonious rhythm almost hypnotically. . Even and slow, slowly working rock, grit, and water into position, waiting for the final face of the work. Skimming and cutting lines, floating a layer, that after a gentle brushing the final piece in its entirety reveals itself ,a masterpiece. The next morning I sat talking with the guys sent here to remove the framing and backfill. We talked about Soccer, their kids and their pride in their work. I told them they should be very proud because it was truly remarkable. They finished by giving me trade secrets on maintaining my artwork for as long as possible and ensuring as much debris, as possible, was removed from the site.and the street in front of our home. How can I alone determine a masterpiece you ask? I can't. But I can tell you. In the last days, I sit proudly on my front porch as neighbors greet me with "it's beautiful." I respond with "Thank you, I think so too." I know making a decision in today's economy where getting value for what you pay for can be difficult but if my testimony eases some of that stress, just remember this. After everything had been poured, edges and lines cut crisply, with a brush finish I watched a group of craftsmen stand at the end of our new driveway and look at their work with pride, with M&M Concrete that's the kind of customer satisfaction you can expect.

We recently hired Santanas Landscaping to completely transform our backyard, and I can honestly say…read morethat Daniel and his team exceeded every expectation we had. Our backyard started as a rough, outdated space with an old shed that had become a major eyesore, a lawn overrun with weeds, and a large amount of old concrete that needed to be removed. One of the biggest challenges was that all of the demolition debris had to be taken out through a very tight access point, but the crew handled it efficiently without any issues. From start to finish, Daniel and his team were organized, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They removed the shed, demolished and hauled away all of the old concrete, cleared the overgrown lawn, and completely transformed the space. The quality of the materials they used was excellent. They built a beautiful stone patio exactly the way we envisioned it, installed an elegant pathway accented with Mexican river rock, and created two separate areas--one for our pool and another with fresh sod for a small lawn. The finished project turned what was once an unusable backyard into a peaceful retreat where our family loves spending time. What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. Every detail was carefully completed, and the craftsmanship really shows. Their pricing was fair, and after seeing the final result, I can confidently say the project was worth every penny. If you're looking for a landscaping company that is reliable, professional, fairly priced, and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Santanas Landscaping.
