The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

This is one of those times and experiences that was nothing short of superb! If you need firewood for residential or commercial use (e.g. restaurants, campsites, etc.) this is the place. Remember---you get what you pay for and this is SUPERIOR firewood that has been KILN DRIED. The other guys will bring you seasoned firewood at best, and that has plenty of bugs and pests that will then be entering your home. Seasoned firewood can also have termites or termite nests in it and should never be located near your home. KILN DRIED firewood has none of that, has no moisture, burns cleaner, hotter, and better, and starts much easier. Seriously it is worth paying a little bit more for quality and to protect the inside and outside of your home and chimney.
