Please stay far away from this company! Chris is extremely…read moreunprofessional and I would not trust him around my family or home. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our appointment with Chris due to illness and other home repair schedules. Instead of kindly asking to reschedule with us, he sent very disrespectful text messages. I have proof of him calling us rude and ignorant and a wasted hour drive for him. In any other position, this would be grounds for firing. Since Chris is a lead, he clearly does not care about his behavior or his treatment of his customers. Also, please keep in mind we most certainly would not contact a company to request an hour drive. We live in his local area. We were not the customer using his services out of location.

Terrible experience with getting our lot graded and then sod on our new home. Was a train wreck…read morefrom the beginning. They quoted incorrectly and then added a charge for more dirt the day before work to be done and even that amount was inadequate to get the job done correctly. The grade is terrible. They then rushed to get the sod down after it sat in hot sun ALL day. Placement of sod was terrible. Did not lay close enough-gaps all over which allows for weeds to breed. When we tried to tell them, we got attitude. They failed to bring enough sod so had to return the next day. They never applied any vegetation killer or weed prevention at all in order to prep the dirt for a healthy groundwork for sod to thrive in. When asked about that we were told it was not necessary. The end result is a front yard and a back yard TAKEN OVER by crabgrass and various other types of weeds. We have had 3 different lawn care companies out to assess and advise. Since it is a new lawn we cannot do anything to eradicate the lawn infested with WEEDS EVERYWHERE except to wait till early spring since the root system is too new. Our yard looks terrible. We pull crabgrass day in and day out. Think twice.

They laid the sod without putting any fertilizer down as they said it was not needed. Fast forward to now, we have uncontrollable amount of weeds poking up through our new sod because the sod was layed close enough. When we contacted Gino's expressing our concerns they neglected the issue and haven't stood behind their work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

After that wasted day I tried contacting him yet again, no response!! Obviously he doesn't want the job but why not be honest?? I am very surprised at all the good reviews I read online.

They gave me recommendations on watering and planting. When I followed those, the tree turned out great and my kids love eating the plums every summer. I recently went back for a couple Bald Cypress trees. They had plenty in stock. (Even if they didn't they have always ordered and received the plants in short time.). The trees are doing well The owners are ready to help and the customer service is great. They know their plants and will give you suggestions based on shade, no shade, soil type and proper planting. They even went the extra mile to help me secure the plants in my car and wrap the pot, so dirt didn't get on the inside of my car. Driving a car with three full plants inside was interesting. But I didn't take the option for them to deliver.
