They first do a walk through and call out concerns that they cannot resolve, such as broken seals or chemical stains. This helps level set expectations. Then they start. My house is 2,500 sq ft... they finished in about 90 minutes from arrival. When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

PowerTwin cleaned 18 windows and sliding-glass doors, interior and exterior, for our home. Their window cleaning and business practices more than lived up to their creative and energetic name. They lived up to their promise of quality and far exceeded our expectations. I looked at the details of their website a few days after they washed our windows. The website is well-designed, full of examples, and enthusiastic. The description of their high quality is not an exaggeration. Don't need window washing? They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I thought all was well and all of a sudden received an email from the owner being rude and finally telling me they would no longer perform work for us.
