This is a good property management company. The owner is very helpful and the employee-manager Marisol is on top of her game.

While the initial month was positive when my daughter rented a property under their management, things quickly went downhill. This reached a nadir over the final two months of the lease. A number of charges were posted against the account. While I can appreciate that utilities need to be paid, I don't understand how it is possible that an entire year of charges accumulated on the management's end without any notification to the tenants. It is inconceivable to me that any company with cash flow controls would let this happen. Further, I never understood why some miscellaneous magically appeared on our bill. As an example, we were asked to pay a $100 charge for "stucco." There was no accident. There was no damage. This was suspicious. Another example of this company's bizarre management of funds is that our family received a legal eviction notice AFTER our daughter (and all her roommate) had moved out of the unit. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?! The final straw occurred three weeks after vacating the rental unit. There was a $1300 charge against the deposit for painting. This was after getting the "all clear" from the management during the move out inspection. How is it possible that routine expenses should be charged against our deposit. Watch out for this company and be very, very cautious if you either rent from them or engage them to manage your rental property. If the way they pay attention to their cash flow is any indication to the way that they pay attention to the properties, look out!!!!! I would NEVER ever have anything to do with them in the future.

Definitely someone you want on your team when you're entrusting the management of your valuable property. I am an owner and I deal with a lot of property managers. If I can use 3 words to describe…read moreprogressive property management, I would use "drag", "ghost" and "cheating". Unitiey and Cecilia are the two leasing managers I worked with and they suck. I'm risking my payout by writing this. I still have not got a penny from ppm after a week the cashier's check was deposited to ppm's account. Unitiey did great photos and great listing description and hosted 2 open houses and was able to locate a tenant for me within 3 weeks. I acknowledge her effort and give her credits for great marketing skills, but I scold her for missing most important point of being an owner's representative. She 1st didn't send out an inspection report before releasing keys. And I was told she would send out on 2 days before moving in. 2nd she released keys without my approval and without a renter's insurance policy in place, which were all agreed upon in lease. 3rd she omitted checking the interior of appliances and omitted dirty and unclean conditions of the fridge and then later on after moving in told owner it's "damages" in her inspection report sent 5 days after moving in .this is ethical issue more than breach of fudiciary duty. If she knew the issue, whyndid she release the keys unauthorizedly? if she omitted the issue, why did she use tenant's provided photo in her report. She is literally cheating on her inspection report. During the process, she asked me to reduce price because people is withdrawing their application, and 20 minutes after i said fine, let's reduce price, she told me ok, we have an application. She literally withhold that application information to push me for price reduction. When i confronted her boss about this, her boss explained that those 2 candidates didn't meet my qualifications requirements because I prefer dual income and no pet. I 'm like, they have 680 plus scores and have 3x income and they have enough qualifications and visited open houses. they are way better than the recommendation she made which had 2 collections and 634 fico. She even missed 1 collections from this candidate and she calls thos 680 plus one not "qualified " ? Cecilia's story is simple. she is a ghosting expert. Last week, because of unitiey's ommition of the fridge condition, tenants wanted to have a replacement fridge. So i drafted the fridge addendum and asked tennats to sign. One signed last week and the other one hasn't. I constantly asked her to remind tenants to sign promptly so we can move forward with an agreement and tenants can have the new fridge. From friday to today, no response from cecilia and my movers showed up at the door and wanted to have access. called her texted her and again, no response. had to call her office front desk to get connected to her and again she said she doesn't know about the signatures. I had to drop by and we heard water is running inside of the home, side gate was open, and water meter was running and had to text her and advised her this is an emergency situation. we got in after notifying her. and she then texted me I didn't give her 24 hour notice. Come on, imhave been asking for approval since last friday and she ghosted me like forever . i am done with progressive. btw, when you have minor issues and you need help. the entire office was just silent and owner would ghost you as well. Deven was the only one that can actually get things done and tried to help. he had to jump in to draft the lease and unitiey and cecilia would play ghosting whenever i really needed help. I mean, tenants are great qualified tenants and what they asked are reasonable and understandable. they were filtered off by progressive and I basically did all the screening myself because progressive failed to do their job. Btw, progressive sent me termination notices after their own omissions on inspection. I said fine, I'm gonna terminate you and are you open to do it by end of this month? deven said fine on the phone. When i actually switched the pm, cecilia said you didn't give me proper notice. I'm like, what the ?!! you terminated me and now you are complaining i didn't notice you..

I have experienced everything that Skybridge promises on its site: inclusive participation, owner/tenant bonding, fast and competent solutions, and catering to owners investment goals. All communication was handled by Gemma, who is incredibly kind, polite and professional. Their listing for rent generated vigorous interest. My property was shown during one day to selected few most qualified candidates resulting in applications for lease conveniently submitted on the same date. After proper screening, I was able to select my new renters while still preparing the property for move-in. In the end, I am a happy owner with the happy new tenants, and the old tenants are happy as well as they moved to their own new house. Whole process took one week (7 days). Thank you, Skybridge! This is my fourth year under Skybridge property management. I highly recommend Skybridge Property management to any property owners. Great success!

We submitted a request through property management regarding an early lease termination and were initially told they were waiting on the owner's response. However, we later learned that the owner was not aware of our request at that time. After we contacted the owner directly, the owner immediately followed up with property management upon learning about the situation. When we followed up again later, the owner informed us that he had already responded to Gemma 2 weeks ago and believed we had been updated. However, there had been zero communication provided to us throughout the entire process. Overall, there was a complete breakdown in communication between property management, the owner, and the tenant, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and delay. A simple timely update would have prevented this entire situation. As of today, we still HAVE NOT received any update.

To be honest, we were feeling very discouraged at that time. Since we were frustrated, my husband reached out to a friend who had just closed escrow on his house with the help of Steve Ngo from eTopRealEstate. From the first conversation we had with Steve, we knew we could trust him and boy did he exceed our expectations! Not only was he patient, efficient, and timely throughout the process; he answered the very many questions we had throughout it all. We began our search around Nov. 2015 and looked at about 50 homes until we found our dream home and were able to close in March 2015. Part of the reason it took awhile is due to the holidays and also because we can be picky! From looking for a house, applying for a loan, going through escrow, and even after-purchase fixes and issues, Steve was able to guide us through it all. More importantly, he quickly diffuses any problems that come up. When we had issues with our first lender providing things in a timely fashion (after we opened escrow), Steve helped us find another that was able to provide the same loan and was sooo much easier to work with (and able to close in 31-days no less). This is just an example of the many issues Steve was able to solve and he did so quickly, before we even had the chance to stress about it. He greatly reduces the stress and worry that so often bubbles up during the home-buying process. I honestly don't think we would have found our dream home or gotten through the process as quickly and as calmly as we did without Steve by our side. All in all, Steve is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind, which make him an amazing agent and an all-around great person. Truly, there are not enough words to fully describe or capture the full amount of experience and wisdom Steve brings to the table as a real estate agent. On a side note, it is telling when a company is able to pull-in the majority of clients through referrals, which is no small feat and something that eTopRealEstate has done effortlessly. Trust me, these 5-star reviews are no fluke, they are just that good!
