It seemed like they didn't even read my online submission as they called and immediately tried to schedule an appointment without providing a quote. After declining a $600-$800 amount, we hung up. I then received multiple phone calls from a couple of different people and agreed upon a $500 = tax for ~$542 to replace the rails, rollers and fix the locking mechanism. When the apparent "unrelated" worker showed up, he informed me that they did not replace rails (Youtube videos showed otherwise but regardless...) but he would clean it. When he had completed the roller replacement, he was unaware he needed to fix the locking mechanism. He then replaced it as it was a mechanism that had to be replaced vs. repaired as it was enclosed. When it was all said and done, the rollers were replaced and the lock was replaced but the rail was not replaced and I was charged ~$30 more than agreed upon which was already higher than I thought it should be. The worker was excellent but the rest of the experience was lass than desirable in my opinion.

When we went to get it, I went to the address given and was directed to a unmounted grey door and told that is it. Since I didn't know if my wife approved PAULs changing the gray door for white door so I picked it up. We notified Paul immediately but he has chosen to ignore us for a paltry 60 dollars. The issue isn't the money, the issue is if this business man would improperly take 60.00 by false pretense, either he is not a good business man or he effectuates profit by deceit. Paul, can't you be a decent person, be a honest guy and correct your errors. Q: Why would someone trust you on a multi thousand dollar order if you can't be trusted in a small transaction, what would you do for more money? I WOULD NOT HIRE YOU AFTER THIS FRAUD!

We were so excited to start our next home improvement project with new doors. We've had windows…read moredone previously with Champion a few years back and it went good. So, why not, let's get doors. I am about 3-4 payments made and still do not have a complete project. They measured wrong and my French Doors do not have the storm doors needed to protect the frame from the elements. Our installer was awesome...but he can't complete a project without proper supplies. We've called for follow up...waiting for a complete call back as to why there's not a rush on our storm doors. WHY???? The install date of the doors was pushed back a couple of times...my payment wasn't! I'm deeply saddened with this experience...thought I'd found a trustworthy company....only to be just another commission for a salesperson we will never hear from and will not advocate for us. They have my money and I have no windows four months later.
