This has been a nightmare for me. I work from home (remotely) so informed them that I would be working when the individual arrived and couldn't talk much to her due to that reason. Theresa arrived about 45 min earlier than when she was supposed to--which really inconvenienced me and was very unprofessional I felt as I was busy getting ready for the day at that time. They keep adding more and more hours to your bill (at $72 per hour--which really adds up in the end) and Theresa moved at literally a snails pace, so ultimately they can keep billing you!! I was shocked and horrified to find out she was still in my apartment!! I calculated and that would cost me $720.00!! On top of that, she only organized my bedroom closet and the kitchen--which I had not asked her to organize as I had already organized the kitchen. But when leaving this location, I needed mirror adjustments and we couldn't figure it out. So we did what any millennial would do - we YouTubed it. Well, YouTube revealed that we needed a TOOL to adjust the mirrors in this specific model of truck. It did not have any handles that would allow us to manually do it without a tool... So we were stuck and unable to make this adjustment. Had the lady giving us the truck just spent 5 extra minutes of her time making sure we were set up for success, this wouldn't have been an issue. But instead, she rushed to get rid of us as fast as possible. Very unprofessional. Thankfully we only needed this truck rental for 2 hours as we were picking up a piece of furniture nearby, otherwise this could've been disastrous had we planned to use this truck to actually move.
