They keep adding more and more hours to your bill (at $72 per hour--which really adds up in the end) and Theresa moved at literally a snails pace, so ultimately they can keep billing you!! I was shocked and horrified to find out she was still in my apartment!! I calculated and that would cost me $720.00!! On top of that, she only organized my bedroom closet and the kitchen--which I had not asked her to organize as I had already organized the kitchen. But when leaving this location, I needed mirror adjustments and we couldn't figure it out. So we did what any millennial would do - we YouTubed it. Well, YouTube revealed that we needed a TOOL to adjust the mirrors in this specific model of truck. It did not have any handles that would allow us to manually do it without a tool... But instead, she rushed to get rid of us as fast as possible. Very unprofessional.
