Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

I hired this company for deck repairs, and initially the experience was positive. The work was…read morecompleted on time, the price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.

Was told once AT&T repaired the line they would come out and finish the job. The day after I noticed part of the fence popped out from the post and was not connected. This was one day after. Not a good start. Then shortly after our gate had the bolts come out of the hinge and the gate was barely operational. Soon after we found two more areas that came apart. I contacted Revamp and was told someone would come out to finish the job and repair the areas that weren't complete. This was on 4/13. No one was come out and have been repeatedly told someone would come but no one has. Terrible workmanship (falling apart after one day lol) and even worse customer service. Its so bad my neighbors are asking me who did the job just so they know who not to use! Finally they did finish but with the storms recently a section came apart. I called for a repair and of course its not covered. I was told someone would call me to set up the repair but of course no one has. There is no way I would recommend Revamp.

We have a very large raised 3 story trex deck with rotting cedar railings. Called numerous companies for a railing replacement and the majority would only consider new deck replacement and were not interested, even though this was a big job. We were replacing the cedar with aluminum railings. Dan came by numerous times over a period of months during the planning stages to get us exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He secured samples, talked about the options, was prompt, professional and helpful in all ways. He was quite busy and at one point we assumed that the job wouldn't be done until the early spring. We were fine with that as we didn't need the use of the deck during the winter. Low and behold, here comes Dan and Bill in December ready to start. Permits were secured and no matter the weather those guys were out there working. Before long the rotten cedar railing was replaced with aluminum and look absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend Partipillo Deck and Fence and quarantee that you will have as good of an experience as we did! Wish all businesses operated as they did!

The Deck4Me quote was the most competitive. Right from having Krystian the sales person respond to our request, set up some time to see the space, provide a quote via email, to Dominik who helped us with the process once our contract was signed, keeping in touch every step of the way, and to Paul who showed up to do the work. Really great experience with the team, they do go above and beyond. They may be the most competitive quote but their workmanship is stellar. Thank you for treating the space like your home and cleaning up after the project too. If you are reading this review, stop and reach out.

To say I shopped out the quoting process would be an understatement. Jeff's quote was very fair, easy to understand, and on the lower $ range due to not having the overhead of most other companies. In the end, I decided to go with Archwood for my project and I'm so glad I did. Unlike most other contractors who over quote and rush through the job to maximize profits, Jeff will take whatever time is needed to do the job right...period. Here is the thing that is pretty rare: he listens AND is patient. Any concerns I had along through the project as I'm anal when it comes to details and perfection and any changes I wanted to make during the project, he not only listened, but he made sure my concerns were completely addressed each and every instance. I can't speak highly enough of the character of this young man. In my case, he underbid my job with the time it took for him to complete this big project and because he went over and above on getting the job done right to my satisfaction, I gave him a 60% cash bonus because he flat out deserved it. The deck looks incredible. In sum, Jeff and Archwood was not the fastest option as he does the majority of the work himself, but if you want the job done right by a man who is meticulous with details, with integrity and pride of doing great quality work (as if it was his own home), Jeff is the man for the job. Highly recommended!!!
