We have a very large raised 3 story trex deck with rotting cedar railings. Called numerous companies for a railing replacement and the majority would only consider new deck replacement and were not interested, even though this was a big job. We were replacing the cedar with aluminum railings. Dan came by numerous times over a period of months during the planning stages to get us exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He secured samples, talked about the options, was prompt, professional and helpful in all ways. He was quite busy and at one point we assumed that the job wouldn't be done until the early spring. We were fine with that as we didn't need the use of the deck during the winter. Low and behold, here comes Dan and Bill in December ready to start. Permits were secured and no matter the weather those guys were out there working. Before long the rotten cedar railing was replaced with aluminum and look absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend Partipillo Deck and Fence and quarantee that you will have as good of an experience as we did! Wish all businesses operated as they did!

Execution was perfect, window was ordered to specs and installed in one day. Replacement trim was carefully thought out, primed and ready to paint. Even though I…read moreprovided blue prints to them Jake insisted on coming out to the property to look at the scope of the project so that he could give me the best estimate of the time cost and resources the job would require. Weather was not on our side throughout the project but his crew labored on, despite the sometimes horrible conditions the crew was always polite and in good spirits. Despite the delays caused by mother nature and the extra time the job took because of them the price of the job didn't change. Daily Jake explained to me what was going on, showed me the progress and explained to me what they were doing and why, I was happy they didn't cut corners and made an extra effort to give me the best work / product possible. They were also extremely conservative with materials, making sure to minimize waste and thus minimize cost, something I haven't seen from contractors I've worked with in the past. In the end I felt like Reiner Construction built my home like they were building it for one of their own family members, the quality, attention to detail and experience was unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be hiring them again in the spring for my next project their work and work ethic is completely inline with their pricing, they weren't the cheapest bid I got on the job, but I am certain I would not have gotten the quality and peace of mind had I not gone with them. You get what you pay for, and in this case I couldn't be happier.

We cannot convey through a review how GREAT working with John at CHR Contractors was…read more We originally found John through Angi's List while getting quotes to have a raised Trex deck built behind our house. He was responsive during the quoting process, and all through the project once we moved forward with him. We could not be happier with the work he did, and the quality we received, especially considering his price was VERY competitive. Since the original work on the deck, we have had John fully remodel our kitchen (including combining 2 separate rooms into a larger kitchen area), a full bathroom remodel down to the studs, and a new laundry room upstairs in our master bedroom. All were done at very fair pricing, quickly, and with the quality we wanted. John was particularly good about making sure if there was something that needed to be decided on, he laid out all the pros and cons for my wife and I, and let us make an educated decision on how we wanted to move forward, even when the alternative may have been more difficult and time consuming for him and his team. During the process of our remodeling, we have used John's recommendations for an electrician, a plumber, a hard wood installation/sanding/staining company, a carpet installer, and a quartz countertop installer. All came in significantly less expensive than the quotes I was able to get on my own, and all did quality work. There are plenty of contractors around, but few are decent, and even fewer I would call "good". John is a GREAT one. We cannot recommend him enough. Robert & Audrey
