Throughout the years, Sementa or TJB Plumbing as it is known now have been excellent with service & kindness. I recently had a gas leak which they repaired & the employees were excellent. I once again, had another emergency, "no hot water", Jimmy came & diagnosed the problem, new water heater needed. The water heater was replaced by Louie & Jeremy today, excellent customer service. They were polite, empathetic & all-around a pleasure to deal with, bravo. Once again, thank you for your excellent customer service.

We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. Charlie was prompt when scheduling a time to service both systems and made it a very easy choice to go with them. He explained exactly what was done and what still needed to be done very clearly and was very accomodating. Both heating systems are working much better now and I would recommend Charlie to anyone in our area of NJ.

His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?

We felt like Al was a good friend by the time he was finished installing the 2 boilers at my 84 yr old mother's house after her basement was flooded and her boilers were under water. Oh and Piper's pricing was extremely reasonable (best price we received) too! We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for friendly, awesome, and honest HVAC company.

Here's how Al Toscano (President/Operations) responded, in order: First reply: "No it's free!! We pay for the gas, the tech salary... will pick up some donuts and coffee for you if you like! Maybe some ice cream for your children too!... Also know if you're gluten-free, so we can get everything right!" Next reply: "Do you work for free? This is a service business!... Who is the dumbass? Get your shit together, because obviously you don't understand how the world works, or how business works..." Final reply: "It's going to be even COLDER when your heat doesn't work and you're fishing for someone to come out for free! So my advice to you is, get over to Costco and buy yourself some warm blankets!" All of this over one polite pricing question -- not a request for free work. I never got a straight answer, just escalating sarcasm and insults. Can't speak to their HVAC work, but I'd think twice before dealing with a company whose owner responds to a basic question this way.
