Matt was very responsive. When I got there I went over to the service counter and Matt was quick to help me. They took my bike in right away and Matt told me that the service would take about 2 hrs. While working on my bike they noticed some lights weren't working and Matt made sure to come find me to run it by me before they went ahead and did anything. They also noticed my front tire was on its last legs so he cut me a deal on a new one. Prices are fair and the service is friendly and excellent. I'll return for any of my other motorcycle-related needs.

There was only one review so I wasn't sure if it was even a real review. Let me assure you, this guy is a conscientious and honest mechanic. He seems to take pride in the fact that he charges a fraction of the Harley dealer, but that's not really impressive if you've ever gone to a Harley dealer. I found his pricing fair, as in he is making a living and does not gouge at all. What is impressive is the fact that he really takes pride in his work. I went to pick up my bike at his place and had forgot to mention that the foot hold on the clutch side would spin. He had been paid he took another twenty minutes to fix it because as he said it could be dangerous. If I can get the bike to Bergen I will use him again and again. If you're lucky enough to live nearby he will pick up your bike at no cost. I'm a fan, and recommend this mechanic.

I decided to have them clean my bike, and see what they could produce. To say my bike was immaculate would be an understatement!! These guys know how to clean bike, and clean them to showroom condition!!! I made sure to pick my jaw back up before the guy cleaning my bike saw me. When I rang out at the register I was shocked that it was reasonably priced as well!! I can now see why people take time out of a beautiful day to have these guys clean their bikes!!! However, after paying with a debit card, I noticed an additional $7.46 deposit/processing fee--which should not apply to debit transactions. Retailers are typically responsible for covering those costs, not passing them on to customers, especially when you're already significantly marking up your merchandise. This felt like a greedy move and completely unnecessary. That extra charge small as it may seem You've lost a customer and earned a negative. And battery doesn't seem new has scratches on bottom and sides most likely refurbished sold as new. "They likely avoid accepting credit cards because they're worried about chargebacks. If their service is truly legitimate and they stand by it, there should be no reason to fear credit card payments especially when they're already charging additional 'deposit processing fees.'"

The bike shop is under an auto shop/state inspection garage (you can get your state inspection sticker added to service appt) on the corner of Washington & Warburton. About as easy as the Manhattan-Brooklyn ride with little traffic and a much nicer ride along the river. John was responsive on email and got me estimates within a day. Got new tires, fork seals, oil and brake fluid, chain and sprockets. Asked about major bearing clean/lube (headstock, swingarm, hubs) but John put the bike up and reported no play, noise or stiction. On the other hand although my tires had some tread left he caught some early warnings of dry rot. State inspection sticker was added on. Rates are fair, parts and tires shipped overnight and he stuck to the schedule and estimate. CC payment easy through a link in the estimate email. Seems to know Triumphs well, saw Japanese and Euro bikes in the shop. Happy with the service and quality of work at CycleLove.

Small shop that's big on communication and transparency. John is a super chill mechanic who is responsive, honest and efficient. Slip on and regular maintenance job was done right for a fair price and no pretense. John's mellowed out demeanor makes it stress-free ... a real testament to the art and zen of motorcycle maintenance. Will be back for sure.
