Awful customer service. Condescending attitude. Missed shipping time by 5 days. Delicate items shipped loose, not in original packaging.

I live in Manhattan and had my Harley in long term storage at my uncles house. It needed tires and…read morean oil change. I found Larry here on Yelp. There was only one review so I wasn't sure if it was even a real review. Let me assure you, this guy is a conscientious and honest mechanic. He seems to take pride in the fact that he charges a fraction of the Harley dealer, but that's not really impressive if you've ever gone to a Harley dealer. I found his pricing fair, as in he is making a living and does not gouge at all. What is impressive is the fact that he really takes pride in his work. I went to pick up my bike at his place and had forgot to mention that the foot hold on the clutch side would spin. He had been paid he took another twenty minutes to fix it because as he said it could be dangerous. If I can get the bike to Bergen I will use him again and again. If you're lucky enough to live nearby he will pick up your bike at no cost. I'm a fan, and recommend this mechanic.

I could not recommend Larry and Mike enough. They are two stand up guys. I recently had them…read moreinstall Ape bars and drag pipes on my Harley Fatboy. They did an amazing job. The bike runs amazingly. I received my bike back cleaner than the way I brought it to them. They strive for quality work. They literally went above and beyond in regards to Quality, pricing and speed of work. You can see that when their customers smile and are happy, that they also are happy and smiling. They make you feel at home in their shop unlike the dealerships where you're only a number of the day. They understood that I'm a newer rider and had extreme patience with me. They explained everything in great detail of any issues I had with my bike. I knew that my Bike was in great hands, and I was RIGHT! I will be going to these guys for EVERYTHING with my bike, whether it's for a simple oil change or a complete customization. I HIGHLY WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. You won't be disappointed at all when you go here. My friends also all will be going here as well. THANK YOU GUYS!

Solid new option for NYC motorcycle maintenance, repair and upgrades. CycleLove is a 40 min/$10…read moreMetroNorth Hudson line ride from Grand Central and the shop is a 3 min walk from the Hastings station. The bike shop is under an auto shop/state inspection garage (you can get your state inspection sticker added to service appt) on the corner of Washington & Warburton. About as easy as the Manhattan-Brooklyn ride with little traffic and a much nicer ride along the river. John was responsive on email and got me estimates within a day. Got new tires, fork seals, oil and brake fluid, chain and sprockets. Asked about major bearing clean/lube (headstock, swingarm, hubs) but John put the bike up and reported no play, noise or stiction. On the other hand although my tires had some tread left he caught some early warnings of dry rot. State inspection sticker was added on. Rates are fair, parts and tires shipped overnight and he stuck to the schedule and estimate. CC payment easy through a link in the estimate email. Seems to know Triumphs well, saw Japanese and Euro bikes in the shop. Happy with the service and quality of work at CycleLove.

Small shop that's big on communication and transparency. John is a super chill mechanic who is responsive, honest and efficient. Slip on and regular maintenance job was done right for a fair price and no pretense. John's mellowed out demeanor makes it stress-free ... a real testament to the art and zen of motorcycle maintenance. Will be back for sure.
