Read this before going to this place. My brother told me about Full Moon cycles. Not knowing of many places to have my bike serviced and to buy parts I gave it a shot. I started out by buying some accessories and asking Mike the owner some basic installation questions about the parts I bought. About three weeks after my initial purchase, I contacted Mike on a Saturday morning to discuss changing one circuit and some leaking braided oil lines. After discussing this with Mike he advised that I should bring the bike in to make sure everything is "right'. I replied Mike I don't want to bring the bike in, if you're going to have the bike for a week. Mike replied "no way a couple of days tops". So I agreed and brought the bike to him. Upon my arrival I asked again, Mike its Saturday so Tuesday or Wednesday the latest for pickup. Now he tells me after I unloaded the bike and brought it in, Possibly Wednesday most likely Thursday or Friday. I said ok. Monday I called him and he said he will try to have it done by Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and he said it definitely won't be done today possibly tomorrow, but definitely by Friday, I replied ok. Friday rolls around and I call again, now he says my bike is a mess and now possibly will be done tomorrow, but definitely Monday, mind you all this guy had to do was change one braided oil line, a 5 minute job, change a 30 amp circuit and remove unnecessary wires from blinkers I removed, a two hour job max. Well Monday rolls around I make my final call, Mike now tells me that my bike is not the only bike he is working on and for me not to call him anymore, he will call me when it's done. With that said I went there and picked up my bike which all he had done was remove the blinker wires, replace the 30 amp circuit and replace battery cables that did not need to be replaced. He did not replace the leaking oil line, nor did he finish connecting wires he disconnected. I requested a bill for the work done so far, which by looking at the bike should be at best 200-300 hundred dollars, Mike hands me a bill for $701.00, WHAT A RIP OFF. In my opinion Mike has no business ethic. I have been in business for 26 years now and one of the core principles that have delivered me success, are that I am a stickler for keeping my word with my clients, no matter what it takes, Mike does not. read more
