The lead cleaner Bree was very nice and very professional I was told she would be coming with herself and two cleaners yet she showed up with herself two cleaners and two teens to assist them. After about 2 1/2 hours I was told they had five other jobs to go to and would not be able to complete my job today. They would be glad to come back another time. I said no I contracted for my home to be completed and that is what I expected. Bree was very cordial and nice but explained that they could not do this, but after talking with the owner was told they could give me a total of the five hours that I was told originally would take to clean my home. This did not happen although they were here for the five hours. My home was not finished. Several of the rooms were not cleaned properly, baseboards, not cleaned floor is not washed in the bathrooms upstairs as examples. We were dissatisfied with the way the company handled our account and therefore this was a waste of our time and our money. I will never use this service again.

I asked them to clean it but they said they wouldn't. As you can see I was able to clean the spot with no problem. There were other issues as well. At least they showed up on time. I wish I would have tried a different locale business to handle my MOVE OUT Cleaning Service. I won't be using them ever again plus I will tell all my friends to stay away from this company as well. We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning. The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge. I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.
