This experience has restored faith in business, small business and gives no reason for me to not take the time and write this review. Mark and his team are professionals. So pleased that we decided to change the other bathroom and contacted Mark again. Quick turnaround time...Again they exceeded expectation with professionalism, care and cost. I felt lucky to be alive, but after I brushed myself off and made my way back in, I was starting to feel very cold. That's probably fairly common when you find yourself missing a large window pane two days before Christmas. I had previously had a few screens redone by Toms River Glass, and I had found them to be prompt and reasonably priced. Knowing no other glass company, that's who I called. A fellow came out on the morning after Christmas and took measurements, informing me that the glass would need to be ordered. I was worried about how long that would take, but he was back two days later, and my cardboard windbreak was gone. I thought that was pretty impressive. Maybe that's par for the course, but I don't have a lot of experience with glass companies, so I was more than satisfied. Toms River Glass didn't save Christmas, which was fine because everyone got to laugh at me repeatedly as the story was told and retold, but they did a great job, very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them if - knock wood - I should be so unlucky or stupid as to need them again.

When I first purchased this piece, the doors still had their original glass, but unfortunately, they were cracked and beyond saving. One of the glass shelves was also missing, so I decided to have Morris Plate Glass fabricate a replacement that would fit perfectly. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Their team was friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in their craft. They listened carefully to what I needed, measured everything precisely, and even made sure the glass matched the original look and feel of the cabinet as closely as possible. The turnaround time was about a week, which I thought was very reasonable for a custom project. When I picked up the finished pieces, I was blown away by the quality. The glass fit perfectly, the edges were clean and polished, and the overall craftsmanship was exceptional. It's clear they put real care and attention into their work, which means a lot when you're restoring something unique and irreplaceable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the price was a bit higher than I expected. It's definitely on the expensive side--but to be fair, you get what you pay for, and the quality and precision of their work more than justify the cost. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Morris Plate Glass to anyone who needs custom glasswork done right. They brought new life to my vintage cabinet, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.
