I felt lucky to be alive, but after I brushed myself off and made my way back in, I was starting to feel very cold. That's probably fairly common when you find yourself missing a large window pane two days before Christmas. I had previously had a few screens redone by Toms River Glass, and I had found them to be prompt and reasonably priced. Knowing no other glass company, that's who I called. A fellow came out on the morning after Christmas and took measurements, informing me that the glass would need to be ordered. I was worried about how long that would take, but he was back two days later, and my cardboard windbreak was gone. I thought that was pretty impressive. Maybe that's par for the course, but I don't have a lot of experience with glass companies, so I was more than satisfied. Toms River Glass didn't save Christmas, which was fine because everyone got to laugh at me repeatedly as the story was told and retold, but they did a great job, very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them if - knock wood - I should be so unlucky or stupid as to need them again.
