I understand the substitution policy, but the plant that was delivered was a nice plant, but not anything I would send to express my sympathy. I don't know the name of the plant, my sister sent me a photo. It's green but that's about it, no blooms to represent new birth and life. I was very disappointed in the substitution that was made.
