I now live out of state so wanted to see how their delivery service was. I ordered online this weekend and for confirmation right after it was delivered today. I was so impressed! The flowers were delivered the next day, late morning and they look exactly like the picture. A perfect mix of spring flowered in 3 cute vases. I live in Southern California but have used Magic City numerous times to send my mom flowers for various occasions. I just tell them a dollar amount, usually $100, and let them create the arrangement and make the delivery. They have never failed to create a 5 star arrangement and my mom is always thrilled. I placed an online order. On the day of requested delivery they left me a phone message to call them back because they didn't have red roses. "What kind of flower shop doesn't have roses" so I called them back and the lady was polite saying they did get them in and the delivery would be made. 24 hours go by and their has been no delivery. The lady on the phone wasn't sure if they even tried to make a delivery. So They call me saying they can't get a hold of my girl whose receiving the flowers. That's irritating I wanted it to be a surprise not a phone call. Your in a small down go deliver the flowers!! So don't expect your deliver to be any kind of fun surprise for the person. They also don't have anyone who can make deliveries during all open hours. I'm upset they are delivering my order late when I was at first told it would be on the date of the order. I live out of state and took a risk ordering flowers for my grandmother who turned 96! I'm always hesitant to order from a florist I've never been too.
