My daughter has been going to Cinnamon Tree since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 16 months old,…read moreand we just love it here. Cinnamon Tree is set up great. There is a separate room for Infant, Toddler I, toddler II, and upstairs is more of the actual teaching of the preschool age. I love the infant room teachers. My daughter does not like alot of people, but is so happy when we get to daycare. The infant room has cribs for each infant, not sharing one. Plenty of highchairs, a separate room for diaper changes and a cubby for each child's diapers and clothes. Kathy and Gloria are the current infant room teachers and Barbara in the afternoon and they are just wonderful with the kids. It is priced at about $630 a month for 3 days. I do not know how much it is for full time, but you can guestimate. They have their pay schedule set up to be due in full in the beginning of each month, not paying at the end of each week.

This daycare struck the perfect balance of having the warm family-run vibe, but they were very professional when it came to dealing with payments, daily reports, etc. Thank you so much to the entire Young Hearts family, but especially Miss Katie and Miss Victoria for taking care of our baby! We miss you already!

We actually communicated our intentions to move our children to the Director, and she promptly sent us a ridiculous letter accusing us of spreading mistruths and informing us that we would not be able to continue to receive care until the date when we would be admitted to our next day-care. Who does this? We had not spoken any untruths. We had simply informed one family of a situation that impacted them directly. And we were told not to return to the day-care. This created a huge crisis for us requiring grandparents to fly to our rescue. I cannot explain nor excuse the extremely callous and unprofessional actions of this daycare! We are so grateful to have moved our children to Bright Horizons!

The teachers have exceeded all expectations between their patience, kindness, knowledge, and overall compassion. Our children have excelled and thrived at such a young age. The teachers have provided such a wonderful, fun, and loving environment where kids can be kids but also learn the tools they need to begin elementary school. Our son went off to kindergarten a year ago and he was fully prepared and actually ahead of other students due to the preparation that Goddard provided. Our daughter is graduating this year and the same goes for her. She is thriving in all areas! Ms. Felecia and Ms. Casey are the absolute best.

Alicia, who runs this small, intimate daycare, is so wonderful with all of the children, and she very quickly became a beloved member of our family. My daughter instantly warmed up to her when we came by to check out her house, the rooms, etc., and felt right at home. My daughter has been going here two days a week for almost a year now, and Alicia has always been absolutely fantastic. Her rates are fabulous, and she is one of the few that offers drop-in daycare services, flexible drop-off/pick-up times (e.g., we drop my daughter off at 11:30 one day a week, and sometimes it is a little earlier or later with no issue), and incredibly fair and competitive rates. This daycare is also licensed by the state of NY (which was very important to me) and Alicia was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I first called her last June with a 12 month old. (if you have an under 2 and you are looking for daycare, you will know why this is important. Many others in the nearby area were very rude and/or unwelcoming when I said I had an infant!) This facility has never had any violations, which is also incredibly important. All in all, I highly recommend - she is really a fantastic daycare provider, and makes it seem like it's just one of the family watching her. I couldn't be more grateful that we found this place!

The teachers are attentive, nurturing, and clearly passionate about early childhood development. They take time to understand each child's personality and needs, and it truly shows in the way the kids interact and thrive. The facility is always clean, organized, and secure. I appreciate their focus on both play-based learning and structured activities--our child comes home talking excitedly about new songs, crafts, and skills. Communication is outstanding; we receive daily updates, photos, and notes about progress, meals, and activities. Most importantly, our child is happy here. We've noticed huge improvements in language, independence, and social confidence. This daycare has become like a second home, and we're grateful for the caring team that makes that possible. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a safe, warm, and enriching environment.
