Service was great here although I was hoping for a courtesy car while they worked on mine but they…read moredidn't have one available so they ordered me a Lyft which was great since I had to go back to work. The pricing here is ridiculous since they quoted me 4x what other places actually charged me. I had to call around to a few places to see what the average price would be to fix my blend door actuator. I ended up going to Midas and they charged me around $200 but honest1 gave me an estimate of way more I couldn't believe it. It is a convenient location and easy to make an appointment though so if you have the money for it then this place is for you but if you do not want to be overcharged Midas has always been great to me.

I brought my truck in specifically to have a professional shop verify all suspension work, torque…read moreeverything correctly, and perform a proper front-end alignment with new tires. I was very clear that I wanted anything necessary addressed so the truck would be safe to drive without any issues and correctly aligned. They told me they couldn't do the alignment unless I replaced the control arms because the ones I already had on there were too big. Fine, I just want the job done. They ordered new control arms, installed them, mounted the tires, and did the alignment. Three days later the alignment failed and the truck started pulling hard to the right. I brought it back and was told I was missing camber bolt adjustment pins, and that without them the truck would never hold an alignment. Here's the issue: If I asked for an alignment and specifically asked them to check everything the FIRST time, why wasn't this caught then? They installed the pins and said it was good to go. The truck pulled to the right immediately upon leaving the lot. When I called, they blamed it on me for doing my own work in the first place and said I could bring it back in if i wanted. The whole reason i brought it to them in the first place was to take care of EVERYTHING in ONE VISIT. I knew i most likely missed something and thats why i brought it in. Fat chance. At this point I've paid nearly $3,500, and they still can't get a basic alignment right on one of the most common Chevy trucks ever made (2003 1500 LS 4wd extended cab) On top of that, they charged $450 per control arm, $100 for a cam bolt kit, and you're subject to a "hazardous material disposal fee" for throwing away your old parts. My job had nothing to do with fluids or filters. Overall: poor diagnostics, missed issues, no accountability, and expensive mistakes passed on to the customer. I expected way better.

The guy said he had the same thing happen and took his vehicle to Discount tires, they replaced it for free! He told me where two different Discount Tires were. He added that he hadn't even bought his tires there and they did it for FREE! I thought I'd go to Tires Plus, because that's where I bought them. BIG MISTAKE for an older lady like me! They replaced the two stems--$40!! Then the guy told me my wipers were shot and needed to be replaced. I told him they were all brand new. (Two had been purchased two weeks prior and the third I had just bought at Valvoline the night before!) He shrugged his shoulders and gave me a smirk! He said my oil filter needed to be replaced. The night before, the guy at Valvoline SHOWED me the filter and said it had a lot of life left! Oh! And and he said the tires were all in bad shape! My tires are fine. I found out another place charges $3 a piece for the same thing. Quite a difference! I believe it's because I'm an old lady and he figured I wouldn't know of other deals' around town. So buyer BEWARE if you are older and female! I will NEVER go back there. And so sorry I ever bought tires from them in the first place when they don't back them up!

When I dropped off the car they were messed up on what oil goes in the car and told me their computer system had lost all record of this. I communicated with them and determined it was the 0-20 full synthetic. Which should be 4.8 quarts. I picked up the car and drove it for 900 miles when my low oil light level came on. I added a full quart to the car and it seems to be okay, but that is TBD. I immediately got an oil change somewhere else. Drove the car and after another 1000 miles, there is no loss of oil. This store is messed up! They did NOT put the proper amount of oil in the car and I am even skeptical that they put 0-20W vs 5-20W in the car! They DO NOT know what they are doing. I would sue if I could but you make us sign the waver when we pick up the car so my only recourse is to place reviews across the internet will attest to how they are a bad place to do service.

A bit embarrassing but I'll own it. I've gotten so many people to join Costco because I talk about it so much. I love everything there. You can buy groceries, household items and even clothing. I like the regular items I go back for every week but also love that they continually change it up. I always take advantage of the sales. I only get gas at Costco, it feels safer than a regular gas station. Usually not too bad of a wait when I go. Great customer service. Great return policy. Wish there were more costcos around! They get so busy.

"How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?" (Pink Floyd)…read more Guess what, Pink Floyd? I skipped the meat entirely and went straight for the tiramisu pudding cake! Let me be clear: I spent zero dollars on this cake. A coworker brought it in, I was hungry, and my blood sugar was issuing ultimatums. So I did what any reasonable adult would do when faced with a huge mascarpone-laden cake sitting in the break room -- I grabbed a slice. Maybe two. I'm not here to answer questions. Now I would say that the Kirkland Signature tiramisu round cake is technically a "scoop pudding cake." This is a polite way of saying Costco fully expects you to abandon all dignity and eat this thing directly from the container with a serving spoon at 2am on a Tuesday. Is this an authentic Italian tiramisu? No. This is the 48-roll, bulk paper towel interpretation of tiramisu. It's not going to be the best you've had by a long shot. And yet... there are rumors of people eating it in the Costco parking lot to destroy the evidence before going home. I choose to believe these heroes walk among us. Some reviewers complain about the lack of rum or whiskey. To them I say: be the change you wish to see. Drizzle some on your plate, let it soak in, and suddenly you're much better equipped to deal with Bill Lumbergh and his TPS reports. You're welcome. Overall, this cake is a little light on flavor and about as authentic as a gondola ride in a shopping mall. But as a mid-workday snacky snack, it gets the job done. It's light, it's easy, and--crucially--it doesn't make you feel like you need to lie down under your desk immediately afterward. Bottom line: We don't need no education. We DO need more tiramisu. I paid nothing, ate twice, and I'd do it again.
