My company car is managed by a fleet service and they sent me here because they were a preferred service provider. Tony was very friendly and after getting the information on the car, their technician got it into the shop within ten minutes. After testing the battery, they informed me that there was nothing wrong with it. They cleared the code that was generated by the low battery, drove it and rechecked it. I was very pleased that they didn't charge me anything for it and they got me in and out in less than a half hour. Car is still working fine. I highly recommend this company!

To top it off, the last time I was in, I heard one of the female employees offer to drive an older gentleman back to his house so he didn't have to sit there all day long. Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. So yes it was news I didn't want to hear when I initially was planning on spending 100 bucks but they ended up giving me a good deal (much better than I thought). The guy said he had the same thing happen and took his vehicle to Discount tires, they replaced it for free! He told me where two different Discount Tires were. He added that he hadn't even bought his tires there and they did it for FREE! I thought I'd go to Tires Plus, because that's where I bought them. BIG MISTAKE for an older lady like me! They replaced the two stems--$40!! Then the guy told me my wipers were shot and needed to be replaced. I told him they were all brand new. (Two had been purchased two weeks prior and the third I had just bought at Valvoline the night before!) He shrugged his shoulders and gave me a smirk! He said my oil filter needed to be replaced. The night before, the guy at Valvoline SHOWED me the filter and said it had a lot of life left! Oh! And and he said the tires were all in bad shape! My tires are fine. I found out another place charges $3 a piece for the same thing. Quite a difference! I believe it's because I'm an old lady and he figured I wouldn't know of other deals' around town.
