I'm so glad we switched to an electric company that actually looked behind the burned out main breaker and found the source of the problem, not just replacing the breaker twice. I even wrote a letter and I explained why we were so disappointed with their service. We still paid the bill in full; Brent never replied.

This is an update to my previous nasty review…read more Scheduled a rewire on my house, and the addition of a couple of new outlets. I was told I needed to vacate my house for 10 days. The Happy Outlet scheduled a Pod to be delivered to my home to put all my stuff in. They also made a hotel reservation for 10 days. These were both included in my quote. They scheduled the job for 5/18 to 5/27. The week included the Memorial Day holiday. And I was not informed that would be no work on Thursday of that week. I went home to water my plants on Friday, and saw not a lot of work had been done. I live in a 76 year old house, I knew there would be issues but I was told it could be done in 10 days. There was a lot of phone calls, texts and unhappy emails. The job was completed on Thursday 5/28. I moved back in my house on 5/27. After a very rocky start to the job and misinformation I am extremely happy with the work they have done. The guys worked very hard to get it done. My house is now up to code. The only reason for the 4 star review is for the miscommunication in the beginning. It was very stressful my cat and myself. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in fact I need another outlet. Jesse, Kaitlyn, Carmelo, Eric and Alex all worked hard to finish the job to my satisfaction. I'm am happy.

His office gal Heather is also great to work with, when I called to get an estimate Jerry was here the next day. Once we approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) Heather had us on the schedule for the following week. There was a cancellation and Heather reached out and was able to move it up four days earlier. She said that the guys would be here between 8:00-9:00 am, Jack arrived promptly at 8:00. We had two projects for them. 1) Install a ceiling fan in a location on a vaulted ceiling where there was none. I was nervous about how this was going to happen. We don't have much of an attic and I didn't know how they were going to get electricity to that location. Jack made it look so easy. 2) Was to move a light switch around the corner. We are opening a wall between the kitchen and living room and needed some wires moved, plus I wanted the light switch on the on the other wall. My husband insisted that it could not be done without ripping out part of that wall. He wanted me to leave it where it was. When Jerry arrived, he said it will be an easy fix (thanks Jerry for letting me win that battle ). My husband still had doubts but it came out perfect! If I could, I would give these guys a 10. Jack was great, he was so friendly and respectful, he covered all the floors and furniture with plastic and cleaned everything up before he left. He made sure there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor. The whole staff is professional, personable and courteous. I would highly recommend Jolt Electric to everyone. I have attached some photos of the finished projects plus a picture of Jack making the ceiling fan installation look easy! Thanks Jolt Electric for a wonderful experience.

A couple weeks later the generator was installed, inspected, and up and running. ALL of COLEMAN ELECTRIC employees were knowledgeable and informative. Chris showed exceptional expertise and attention to detail from the very beginning. When he reviewed the specifications for our new light fixtures (already ordered but not delivered), he quickly identified that they wouldn't fit our sloped ceiling. Thanks to his sharp observation, we were able to stop the shipment immediately, saving us significant time, effort, and expense. Despite the busy holiday season, Chris scheduled our installation for December 20th, one of the last working days for many people. He and his team arrived right on time--7 a.m. sharp--and completed the job within the estimated time and budget. The quality of the work was outstanding, and his team was efficient, tidy, and respectful throughout. Before hiring Chris, we sought quotes from three other electricians. None of them identified the issue with our fixtures, and their quotes were either unreasonable or came with long delays. Chris stood out for his professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. We are very happy with the results and will undoubtedly turn to Chris for any future electrical needs. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Helen & John Reno
