John is old school and is a "people's people"; how/ why do you think he is still successfulLy in business? On one occasion he replaced my headliner (early 2000), it came out perfect. My only regret was why I did not have it fixed sooner, His technicIan Juan did great work and was friendly like John. Upon completion besides a tip, I went and picked up lunch for the shop. These guys are great in service and personality. I am actually writing this review in contrast to Wiilliam L scant 2015 review stating an opinion without merit! I am 58 yrs old and retired, not one to rebut a review ( typing with only one finger). We added some color to the stitching and it looks sharp. The dash was not straightforward but Roger made it look perfect with a French stitch across the front and hidden seams in other areas where it just needed to conform the leather to the shape of the part. He crafted the padding to allow the defroster vents to sit flush with surface, giving the dash a very complete and thought-out look. A lot of attention to detail making the part look right. I'm very, very happy with the results.
