We needed siding fixed for our Tudor and rather than replacing parts of the wood that were rotting, they filled it with putty and filler which never set and was crumbly and soft to the touch. They claimed it needed time to set but after a week of warm temperatures, it still flaked off. How that would withstand a pressure wash before a paint job is beyond me. Trying to talk to their representative about issues that arose was impossible. We ended up doing some work on our own after they finally came around to acknowledging that some of their work was poor quality. Us putting in time and effort and working on the siding was the only way we could move on and get the hired painters in to start our exterior paint job. Mind you we were over a month late trying to get Certa Pro to come work on the project. If you ask ahead about their schedule to come out, you don't get an answer or you get misinformation. They will tell you a time they plan to come and will not show up and will not notify you. While we did not want to replace all of the siding from the beginning because parts of the wood were still in good condition, we did not expect such a poor job with the patch work for the pieces that needed work. This company does not offer to help in any way and their people are difficult to deal with. We used them because we used Certa Pro for painting and they recommended this sister company for carpentry. Biggest regret. We could not put our house on the market on time and they didn't even clean up afterwards. Well, unless you count throwing away parts in our yard waste bin and us having to transfer that to our garbage bin. Anyone else would be a better carpenter. You, yes you the reader, can have a better outcome by watching YouTube to learn how to diy; your efforts would be more skilled than their workers'! Beware and stay far far away! Those positive reviews on yelp look suspect given that they only provided a review for this company and nothing else on yelp. Avoid the headache and stress and go with any other company or professional.

All of them were either unreliable - not showing up to provide an estimate and behaving unprofessionally when they did arrive - or grossly overpriced. Sometimes both. This business sits quietly and unassumingly off Dixie Highway in a residential neighborhood, but if…read morecabinetry is something you are in the market for, I would not pass this place up. They do a lot of semi-custom and custom work for bathrooms, kitchens, etc., and we almost overlooked it because we were not in the mood for getting taken for a ride. I am glad we gave them a shot because they have excellent products all made in America at very reasonable prices. We told him the dimensions for the space that we wanted our vanity in and he straight up drew a design right in front of us. As a test, we got a quote from W. Stephens for the vanity and then turned around and asked Lowe's the make the same thing. Number one, they couldn't make exactly what we wanted and number 2, they were not cheaper (maybe by a hundred or so dollars but the materials they were using were not as high quality). I would strongly recommend that you drop by W. Stephens. He does business all over the country but he is never too busy to service anyone who needs it. We only needed a vanity this time, but, because of his great service, we are definitely using him for our kitchen remodel. Just remember, there is quite a bit of assembly once you get your cabinets. Be prepared. Sidenote: This place had plenty of people that have engineering and architecture degrees. And if they can't do it for you, they have a specialist nearby who can step in and help you with any design advice.
