My foundation piers were sinking slowly when it rained heavily year to year so to backyard run off into my backyard foundation crawl space opening. Moni design a concrete around the entire backyard and side yards with French drain lines to fix the backyard drain issues. He also fixed crack in my foundation stucco in 2 days. He also brought in 2 yards of top soil to level up low spots around the property to correct future puddles of water in the yard. He finished the project during the Christmas and New Years week in about 1 1/2 weeks. He says he does foundation work. I also hired him to fix my backyard wooden fence and gate for reasonable price. They had to dig out many redwood tree roots plus 6" off soil then lay a rock base and cover the area in sand. Lay the pavers down and apply proximity sand,, sweep into cracks many times and use a pounder to settle the pavers. His worker also works like a dog
