Ameristar initially agreed to reimburse the cost once the electrician confirmed the damage was caused by their crew. However, despite months of emails, follow-ups, and multiple assurances that the invoice was being handled, they ultimately stopped responding after being passed from one point of contact to the next, never to be reimbursed. It's extremely disappointing to see a company take responsibility, then avoid accountability when it matters. The lack of follow-through and disregard for their customers leaves a lot to be desired. It's even more disappointing to have to write this, but it's important for future customers to know that if damage occurs, you may face a long and unresolved process.

The Project Manager, Irvin Lora, notably exceeded expectations. Irvin and his team provided consistent 5-star level results each and every time. When conflict was imminent their team always provided quick, effective resolutions while demonstrating their extensive knowledge, expertise and professionalism. As a Manager of communities, working with this company was enjoyable because their efforts and forward thinking made the experience seamless. They handled notices to the community prior to the start of the project and also daily communication to the affected residents door to door, and cleaned up daily. The A-team was easily accessible, methodical and organized. During the final walk through, seeing the happy faces of the owner board members and hearing the contentment repeatedly was gratifying and a perfect ending. The finished product is a true depiction of night and day. The new roofs are easily visible when entering the community. It gives the community a more polished look and residents are visibly content. Expert work, great equipment, crews who worked well together and fair pricing- a great professional combination. I needed some work done on my office building's metal roof, so I got several estimates for both repair and a replacement roof. I was shocked at the prices that were being quoted to me, and was about to resort to one specific company to do the job; however, I had to text them several times and ask them to schedule me in, and never received any response. Their attitude was "we are busy without your business"! Luckily, I came across Nailed It Roofing and Restoration on Google; Kevin returned my call right away and came out the next morning to check out the roof. I thought for sure, he will suggest replacing the whole roof just like the other companies.
