BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company deserves negative stars. I was referred to…read moreKeith and Industrial Fence by a neighbor. in my new neighborhood. I gave a large deposit check to Keith on July 29 and he said my fence would be done by the first week of Sept. Then Sept came around and he always had an excuse as to why he could not start and would start "next week". He then did not answer calls or texts for almost two weeks. Early Oct I told him he would have to start or give my money back, to which he said he would have my fence done "this weekend" and couldn't give my deposit back because he had already bought all the materials needed. He promised to be at my house on Thursday, no showed with an excuse. Said he would come Friday and no showed again. Said he would come Saturday and Sunday and again no showed. Finally came on Monday for half a day noon - 6. No showed Tuesday. Came Wed again worked from noon-6. Said he had to get more material and could not find any wire despite telling me previously he had my material. No showed Thursday - Monday, each day was perfect weather and each day he said he would be there to finish my fence. Keith pushed back the date to start at least 6 times and no showed at least 10 different days. Not one time did he call me to communicate he was not coming or why he no showed. I had to text or call him each day to track him down and hear his latest excuse. Keith always said he would be here first thing in the morning. The two days he actually showed he arrived around noon and left his crew here. His guys stopped working around 6pm and waited for 2 plus hours in my driveway for Keith to pick them up. Not to mention they asked me for water, and bug spray and to use my wheel barrow. Keith will constantly talk about being a man "of his word", this is absolutely FALSE. Not one time during the three months I dealt with him did he actually do what he said. You cannot believe or trust anything he says. I finally had to fire his company on Oct 26 and hire another company to finish what he stared. To add to all this, the new company says the few posts he did install are all different lengths apart and they should all me the same 8 feet distance. He only got about 20% done with my job, and what he did do was not done correctly. He is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, INCOMPETENT and has little to no communication or follow up with his customers. I would NOT recommend him or his services to anyone!! Now I have to try to find a way to get my money back and I am sure I will probably have to take him to court. Which i will!

The backyard was especially a big mess that I wanted to get taken care of right away. They fully fenced the yard, regraded the backyard, and put in a two tier retaining wall all in under two weeks time. Chad was the most responsive and honest vendor I've worked with. He came in for an estimate and kept to a timeline as agreed upon. I am also very happy with the level of work they provided.

Chad conned me out of $3,400…read more One month ago he signed the contract with me to rebuild parts of my deck and cut down several trees. In total, Greenleaf worked on my project for about 5 hours over the course of those 30 days, and did not complete any of the work for which they were contracted. The pictures attached show how they left the property in complete disrepair. The lone tree they cut down actually fell on my house (because of their incompetence) before they left the remnants in my lawn. All of the handrails for my deck were cut off with a chainsaw, and 1/2 of the planks were unscrewed from the joists. That's where the work stopped. Obviously, the deck is completely unusable now, and is unsafe for the family to walk on. Chad refused to answer my phone calls after taking the check for the deposit. Instead, he occasionally responded to text messages with myriad excuses and lies about how his crew will be at the job site tomorrow or later today. I regret not googling the owner before signing the contract. If I had I would have found official complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau for this exact same behavior.

He was nice on the phone and told me to go to Lowe's to get the parts. I asked if I could text him my details and we agreed on a price and a potential day to come out. I went Lowe's, as instructed, and went through 3 employees that were not much of help and couldn't even tell me the differences between all the plugs and didn't know if I needed a 15 amp or 20 amp. At this point I decided to text Greg to make sure I don't have the wrong product before his arrival. I sent him a picture of the 3 that the Lowe's employees told me may work, a picture of the existing plug, and a test asking if I needed a 15 amp or 20 amp. He responds saying 15 amp. I then narrow down to the 15 amp and sent him a picture of the one and asked if it was okay. He then said yes. I followed up and asked if he could still come out the day we agreed upon as we never confirmed the day or time for sure. He then proceeded to say (I censored for the review): "I told you to take a photo of your GFCI and ask the guy at Lowes to give you a new one. You are bugging the bleep out of me. I would really appreciate it if you would bleep off! I don't appreciate you texting the bleep out of me about a stupid little job!!! Bleeping annoying!" Needless to say, I blocked his number and found another handyman. If he didn't want or have the time the job anymore, all he had to do was make up an excuse not to come. If I was annoying him, he could have blocked me. There's no need to talk to another person like this.
