I had an e-invite ready to go, I just needed a print shop to help make this come true. I didn't call, no appointment, and knocked on the door. I could see Pablo was clearly busy but really took the time to help me out in between his appointments. One look at the invite and I could see his wheels turning. He picked out the the perfect card stock, matching envelopes and even thought to put our return address (with perfectly matching font) on the back. Pablo is very talented and detail oriented. We used him for invitations and then ended up doing all of our stationary through him and were very happy with the result. First off I want to start of by saying that I don't normally write this kind of reviews but after my experience at this place I thought It can help someone else. If I could give a 0 star I would .My fiancé and I came across this place by simply driving by and I convinced him to give it a try since I like to see things in person rather than buying offline from a stranger. My first impression after meeting the owner (Pablo) was "oh this guy is very nice & personable" but after talking to him for a few minutes I realized how unorganized and unprofessional he really is. As the conversation went further we caught him in many lies but decided to look past it because ..well he was talking about his personal life and overall his work seemed to be nice. We went to him many months in advanced prior to our wedding date to ensure that we would have the invitations on time even if it took him a little extra longer,however this was not the issue in our situation. When we first sat with him we wanted to get an idea of the price range so that we had an idea of what we where looking at. He said the invitations would be anywhere between $3-$9 each depending on the style(which is not bad). Long story short our total came out to $701.95 for 30 invitations (nothing special or extraordinary) and wax seals and some napkins. It seemed extremely highly but my fiancé being the kind person he is decided to move forward to make me happy and made a deposit of $500 that he required .BIG MISTAKE!! After a month passed and my fiancé and I had to change the location on our destination wedding due to covid complications . I called Pablo up and explained the situation to him. I told him that we now will only be needing 10 invitations instead of 30 and We asked if we can leave it at that and just leave the $500 dollars that we gave him for 10 invitations and call it even . We didn't even ask for a refund!!!! And wait for it ! This man had the audacity to say it would just be $50 dollars more . Are you Insane??? $550 for 10 invitations??? Again, nothing special just some simple burgundy invitations . We felt completely taken advantage of and he also asked me to send him the approval to move forward In written because of course he knew I could take him to court. To conclude my review this man took our $500 and we got nothing in return besides the rendering. He is a crook!! Do not fall for his cheap superficial charm. Stay away and save your money!! Very Disappointed with my experience. After seeing great cards for recent weddings of my friends, my family and I met Pablo at the LA Bridal Fair in early 2017. We met in person again for a consultation during the first week of FEBRUARY. Cut to 6 weeks later and still nothing as much as a sketch. I've followed up a number of times, gotten assurances/excuses, and 5 failed deadlines which were imposed by Pablo himself. All I can say is that this is the least professional experience I've had to date. . .ANYWHERE. A bit of a suggestion: If your demand is so high, please don't continue to promote your business at conventions and bridal fairs. There is plenty of competition around and I choose to work with people who are true to their word. read more

We would call and he wouldn't answer the phone or he would hang up on us. After we paid for our wedding invitations and were less than a month away from our wedding. Very unprofessional! I made an appointment with Pablo and the first time we met we discussed what I wanted on my wedding invitations and he said he'd create a sample for me to see. We made a follow up appointment so I can see a sample yet when I showed up, Pablo was not there and "forgot". After that every time we would reschedule, he would either have an excuse or not have any updates for me as far as my wedding invitation. I wasted my time going here. Pablo did an amazing job with my invitations!! All of my guests are amazed at how beautiful they are. The design was exactly what we had discussed and he sent proofs of the invitations prior to printing them. His suggestions for the upgraded envelope was great and turned out wonderful. The addresses were printed accurately and he provided an excel sheet to fill out addresses for printing. Overall ended up being a great experience. The only reason I am giving him a 4/5 stars is because I had to call multiple times to remind him to send my proofs but he sent them immediately after our phone call and did follow up when I asked. If you want a vendor you have to chase after, A-Alpha is for you. We met with Pablo and he wrote down everything we wanted. I gave him a $100 deposit. He said he was swamped and he'd have a proof for me in 7-10 days. Since I had contacted him well in advance of my event, I gave him a lot longer than that. I emailed him 5 weeks after our meeting to follow up and never received a response. I called and texted his number a week after my email. He called back and said he'll send the proof in one week max. His office assistant called within the week to assure me the proof is on its way. I received nothing. I waited one month and emailed him again. No response. I called the store and also texted him. A couple days later, I called and finally got a hold of Pablo. He said his assistant left due to health issues, and he was surprised I never received the proof. So even though he was "surprised" my proof was never sent, in the same conversation he said he'll work on the graphics and send it me within 3 days. One month passed, and I emailed him letting him know I'm cancelling my order and want my deposit back. Of course I never received a response to my email. I went in person to ask for my deposit. In this conversation, he confirmed he lost the paper he had taken my notes during the initial consultation, and he searched his computer (in front of me) and there was no proof. Before I blew my top, he handed my deposit back to me and I ran the hell out of there. I'm guessing you're reading this and thinking I can't be for real. Why did I give this guy 5.5 months to send a proof? That was my error. I should've been on him within the first month - I'll accept that. I don't know how this place stays in business. Pablo seems like a really friendly guy (which is all bull), but the disorganization is mind-blowing. Stay the hell away from here if you want professional service. read more

I worked with him, his mother, and his brother throughout the process of choosing, designing, ordering, paying for, and picking up the invitations. If I could give Pablo more than 5 stars I would. Pablo saved me. I took on more then I could handle when I decided to make my own invitations using one of those customizable invitation websites. It turned out to be very complicate and I got really busy with other details for the wedding that....long story short.....two months before the wedding and I had no invitations. I needed someone to help me and I need them done ASAP. When I went on the hunt for help, other invitation companies practically laughed at me when I told them my situation but Pablo was the only one who said "this happens more then you think and I want to help you." I was at his mercy because I was so limited on time and he could have taken advantage of the situation by overcharging me but he didn't. What he gave me were flawless invitations better then I could have ever envisioned myself!!!They were affordable, beautiful and he worked extra hard to get them to me super fast.
