I like this place the best because it's huge, clean and organized with price tags, versus the other little nearby vendor hole in the walls, whereas you can barely squeeze through walking among disorganized stacks of boxes & floral displays. Plus they seemed more approachable to me than the other places. Prices are still cheaper than the others, since I've gone there off & on for over 15 yrs now. I walk to it since I work nearby, which I don't advise unless your street savvy & familiar w/the area. Otherwise I strongly suggest driving & parking in our around it, but get there early as they open, if it's the weekend or near the holidays. Best place for floral displays, arrangements, bouquets, sprays, wreaths, swags, garlands decorations, etc, for weddings, parties, quinces, all celebration occasions, etc. They also have some fake plants, sprays, swags as well as other floral/plant accessories and decorations. They also warehouse large quantities so you can shop and take home the same-day if you need a lot of any particular item. They sell small gift items, ribbons, party favors, glass jars and on and on and on. To enter the parking lot turn west into the alley off San Pedro. Ring the doorbell on the left at the gate and they'll open it for you to park. Tee, the little old man, is a thing to behold. He is a great worker and always remembers what we buy. They don't make them like him anymore. Great selection at great prices! Worth checking out both floors.

Since the restroom doors require a code, I walked to the front register to ask for help. The cashier called for someone to open it, so I walked back--but no one ever came. When I called the store to follow up, the employee was incredibly rude, telling me I had to wait until they finished ringing up everyone else.
