I call in the morning to confirm that the overlays are ready for pick up, and the lady who answers the phone says that they're not ready, and to pick them up tomorrow. I tell her that I need to give them to the venue tomorrow, so I need them today. She says that she'll call me back, and I still haven't heard anything from her. I've called her back 10 times and left 5 messages on her phone. She's totally dodging my calls, because I had my mom call her, and she picked up that call. How totally unprofessional can you be? Why can't she just pick up my calls, so that we can arrange a time for me to pick them up in the early am tomorrow? Grrrr. If I had known she was going to do this, I would've placed my order elsewhere. And I had to put down a 50% deposit, too. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the time and worry.

We made the order and the pieces were to be ready 2 days later at 10 am. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick them up with her nor did I ask her how it all went before going again on my own to order some personalized ribbons. I made the order(paid in full) on Friday morning and he told me I can pick them up on Sunday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it and I could not find his number to call. I ended up sending my niece to pick them up, I asked her to take a picture and I instantly noticed a mistake. The name I asked him to put on the ribbons was backwards..on every single one. I wrote down on his notebook SPECIFICALLY how I wanted it yet he still made them incorrectly so I complained and he had tje nerve to tell me I had to pay $5 extra to fix his mistake....WHAT!!???... after going back and forth he finally agreed to fix them, my niece waited 2 hrs and pick them up. See, I have to give this guy props. He fooled my 17 yr old niece. He showed her one of the ribbons which was exactly the way I had ordered them and put the other ones in a black bag. All of the ones in the black bag were not legible! !! I obviously went back and asked him what the hell!? And his first response. ..Look! I'll just give your money back! I really would have just wanted my order to be done correctly but instead I lost time. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING HERE!! My friend had a pretty bad experience also! Good luck peeps!
