Even better news is that this currency exchange was close enough so I could get there on my lunch break. The woman behind the bulletproof glass was very friendly and very fast in taking care of me. It actually took me more time to drive over and back to work than it took to get the new sticker. So for me this was a five start experience: fast and friendly and no ticket. Nice thing about the location was that there was a parking lot, so I didn't have to deal with street parking, although there seemed to be plenty around.

She also made a statement that I was using my mother to send money when I was helping send money for her sister's funeral. She refused to provide her name or name of her manager, so she obviously knew she was in the wrong. Is basic customer service skills & courtesy too much to ask for?
