I'd like to come back here in 6 mos and also 1 years time and make sure they earn the 5 Stars. Update my review then- I think it's possible. I'm very happy with the beginning way we've started business. I as well, try to be reasonable, ask the appropriate questions to be knowledgeable and be respectful: all at the same time. As consumers we need to be patient and ask the right questions. Remember people can't read our minds, so explain our exact needs. Then they can give you the best price to help you. I did that, I think it was a reasonable result. There are many insurance agents out there, so we all need to be mindful and make sure they are reputable and accountable. So Review , Review and Leave Reviews. After reading other reviews left for the Business, after visiting the Business, I can still say, I'm confident in my decision (at this point). It seems the Community, maybe some have forgotten basic Respect. Just because it's online and not in person they so easily Bash a business they have Built a Relationship for Years with over VERY Basic "lack of communication" ; which is BOTH the consumer and businesses fault really. Let's Not do that, not necessary. Also, this Business had 2 employees working. It was 3pm, on a weekday. They have a very nice lounge area and business area. Well cared for. You can see the Pride they have in their place of business. I like to go inside in person, COVID Is Over, Go visit the Businesses. Get out the house, go into the businesses and speak to a professional. You will get the attention you need, in a reasonable manner- obviously you need to wait your turn if they are busy. I know I was given the time to go over Auto & Home Insurance Policies. It's my life, I need to be responsible to understand insurance costs and management of policies. I've had Allstate in the past for many years. I don't remember the last time I actually went into a business to speak to them and ask the necessary questions. I know it helps me feel like it could be a better experience in person, and it Was! Thank you! I don't want to wait on the phone for someone. On the Phone you can get Scammed! EASILY Insurance policies take a long time to go through, and they need to be careful with a lot of data. I respect that they took their time. No rushing through paperwork. In the digital world we live in , we need to accept the "norms" and if we want discounts, then there are requirements for that. I don't agree with the digital world as much as others may, I thought a "cash" world was much easier, but those days are dead and gone unfortunately. These are nice people serving their community well, go see them in person Before 5pm, M- Th. Earlier on Fridays, appointment Only Saturdays. Located on the South Side of Cermak Road. Across from the World's Largest Laundromat. In a beautiful community with so many humble and kind people, I come across daily. Nearby is Saint Odilo's , a few Baptist Churches West to Oak Park Ave and a Mosque on Oak Park Ave as well. Jewish Cemeteries but no Jewish house of Worship. Many great restaurants across the street and plenty of shopping as well. Busy area. Free street parking outside the Business. Dollar Buster is West across the street, that's a fun spot to stop in and Valle Produce or Supermercado Chapala are Clean places for groceries in the neighborhood.
