There are a number of currency exchanges in the area but this one tops them all with outstanding…read moreservice and a great private parking lot. Most exchanges charge the same fee for license plate stickers and check cashing and almost all the prices are on par here. They're not open 24 hours a day like some exchanges so you need to plan ahead a bit but it's well worth it.

Great place to go cash my check, the management staff is knowledgeable of most of the questions i…read morehad regarding my title transfer. it took a while to finish my transaction but it was necessary to get all the document done properly for my title. wouldn't want that to be done wrong. any who great place it was the second time i go there, first was to get one of their prepaid card good compared to their competitors that charge you to load and have similar fee plans so they have one up on the free reloads. i did notice they had an express line for check cashers only, which i thought was a good idea since check cashing is in and out and the speed of the employees was amazing.

The service that Check Into Cash provides is convenient if u need payday loans, but their customer service is one of the reasons I will not be using their service again. At the 5851 South Kedzie location one of the Female customer service rep (Erika Orosco) profiled me and then told me that they didn't have cash in the store. The reason she told me this was because she thought I was going to rob the store. Even after she had my ID, check stubs, bank statement, SS# etc. Im no where near a criminal, nor was i dressed like one. but i guess I was one to herjust because I was a Black Man getting a loan in a mostly Hispanic area. The customer before me recieved cash. But the representative didnt think i noticed. Instead of cash, she elected to give me a check Cash Card. The cash card is more convenient but the issue is you have to pay fees when you use the card. I usually don't do loans....but I went to this location because there are few locations near my neighborhood in Hyde Park. Had I not needed the money badly..and it wasn't freezing outside...I wouldve walked out of this location and went elsewhere
