He also provided some suggestions for stretching to help alleviate some pain and prevent reinjury. He also did ear seeding, where he places a tiny tiny seed-like metal pin in my ear as an acupressure point. If you can take the pain I would recommend doing it. Each time I have gone kyle has provided relief to my pain. The price is very reasonable, I am sure each individual treatment is different. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking for an acupuncture treatment on the Windward side, give him a call. He does not push you to purchase any product that he has available, he doesn't even tell you about them. But he has products set up around his treatment area. If you have question ask about them. Personally, I did purchase the ice rub, it was in a roll-on style glass, and it is great! You don't really feel it like other muscle rubs but you will know it is working. Enjoy !!

The shop staff is great and very informative as I was looking intensely at the teas telling me about the shop next door La Bodega which serves various drinks though are open Tuesday to Friday only so I will be back on another day. While searching for it, I first found their other business next door called La Bodega -Grab and Go. That's a nice grab and go shop that opened on the same day I went. The owners who were there were really nice and friendly. Kailua Seasoning has so many types of seasonings for everything. Not just for marinade but read can be used on popcorn or even avocado toast. I could be in the store for a long time looking at each one. I thought these seasonings would make good gifts since it's from Kailua or for my use. They have gift boxes too. It's nice that it came in different size pouches. I got the smaller pouch of Island Stir Fry and the Black Hawaiian Salt as finishing salt for dishes, I thought that was different. I was going to keep it but decided to give as gift. I can always stop by. It would make nice gifts for my town friends or out of state friends.
