Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs it. Absolutely amazing!

Next day machine was coming between 7 am and 7 pm. They showed up at 9 am to help. We have used them many times at my mothers and mother in law's house which are both from the early 1900's. Any problem they have run across (and there were many), they were able to handle easily. I've used this company since the owner was doing calls. They even saved us over 7,000 dollars by running the second sewage line through the basement rather than under the house. They are professional, friendly, and always clean up after themselves. When they say they are going to show, they always make it in the window given. I've even had them remove an old gas line from a chandelier so we could put up a new one (he had to find the ancient parts to use), which he did so promptly and finished the same day.

He and Tony came to fix my leaking toilet and move the gas line for my new stove. It was tough to get good workers during Covid, so it was such a pleasant surprise that both men were super nice and very skilled. They fixed both issues correctly and cleaned up spotlessly. Sewer Flow will now be my go-to plumbers, and I very highly recommend them!

Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. We spoke at length about what to do, and I have to say, I was not aware of the problem with Koehler. He made a recommendation to change to a Gerber Viper. While learning, I asked him if they're any charges and He said No! I will be discussing this with my Wife, and we'll go from there. When we make our decision, we will call Scott again for installation. Thanks Scott, I appreciate your time and candor!

I prefer a local, knowledgeable, experienced plumber as opposed to some corporate guy that gets dispatched from who knows where. We have had Dave and Scott here for a range of issues over the years and their expertise and honesty is hard to find these days. Possibly the most embarrassing service call I have ever had to make. My senior dog has early stage…read morekidney disease and when I have to be away from home I have been leaving him a potty pad in my bathroom. These pads sometimes leak underneath and recently when mopping I have noticed some leakage in the toilet area. Mopping with bleach was no longer cutting it and I started to realize that under the toilet was the problem. I needed to have a plumber come and take the toilet off so I could clean well underneath, put it back in place and obviously find a better solution for my dog going forward because this is just bad. I reached out to Drain Bros. via Yelp on the strength of their excellent reviews and proximity to me in Bethel Park. They had a same day opening which was amazing. I almost immediately heard back from someone via text to confirm I still needed help, followed up by a call to make the appointment. Technician Seth called when he was about 15 minutes from my house to let me know his location. He was hard-working and knowledgeable, had no qualms about the nature of the problem I was so horrified about, and when the toilet was off set about cleaning the tile himself, although I insisted it should be my job as it's my dog. He said when he replaces a toilet he always cleans well underneath no matter what to start from a clean footprint, so it was absolutely no problem. He also said my timing was good because the wax seal under my toilet had been giving out and needed to be replaced. He did very good work with attention to detail, pride in the job and respect, putting on shoe covers whenever he needed to come in or out of the house. Earlier during the initial phone call, I asked for an estimate for this job, was quoted $250 and that was exactly what I was charged. I found these guys to be very efficient, honest and upfront. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and really appreciated the quick help today.

I rely on my fellow Yelpers to give me honest, unbiased reviews of local businesses. Most of my…read morereviews and searches are about food, but occasionally I have a need for another type of business and this is the first place I turn. You all led me to this small, local business and you were spot-on, so I am paying it forward by adding my review! My family had our pipes freeze in the winter storm this Christmas. Friday, it was the cold water pipe, which took seven hours of work to unfreeze. We thought we were in the clear and counted our blessings as we kept the cold water running overnight Friday -- only to discover Saturday around noon that the hot water pipe was now frozen solid. Twelve straight hours of effort with hair dryers, space heaters, boiling water pots, heating pad wraps and everything else we could think of did not work and we went to sleep Christmas Eve defeated, wondering how we were hosting the rest of my family on Christmas with no hot water, dishwasher, etc. (Our efforts did eventually pay off with the hot water coming on at 8 a.m. Christmas morning and no pipes bursting. So grateful.) During this nightmare I called a number of plumbers who list themselves as emergency 24/7 plumbers, but only Gary from Brickhaas called back. He called during the span of time that I thought everything was under control, but I asked if we could be booked for later in the week to unclog a bathroom drain I've had a problem with lately. Glad I booked them as, after the pipes thawed, the under sink drain was leaking slightly so Dominic was able to take a look at both of these things today. He called with a 20-minute heads up on his arrival, efficiently took care of the clogged sink and an aerator that was limiting water flow, installed a new kitchen sink trap assembly (which he said I could honestly take or leave; I appreciated the honesty but opted to replace for my own peace of mind), and offered solid advice about what we might do if plans to better insulate those water pipes in the future didn't work out re: rerouting the pipes from their current, poor location. He was highly knowledgeable, didn't hard sell anything and I absolutely got his card as I'll be calling them for future plumbing needs. Yelp comes through, as usual!
