Today is the 1st of June 2026 and i still havent received my barrels because Blue Star Shipping 8520 Foster Avenue Brooklyn New York hasnt paid the fees for the shipment. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me. Those are some of the excuses. Which next shipment ??? To be experienicing this and still go back and do business with you would be crazy. I took my hard earned money and bought the items for those barrels then to be faced with this. Now when i call the number no one answers and sometimes there's a busytone. What you did and are doing is so wrong on all levels. You won't like what you have done and are doing to us be done to you. You were paid yet you havent paid the fees for people blasted items to be release. You are VERRRYY dishonest and with no integrity either. If only those of us who havent received their items because of dishonest you, had seen these reviews before giving you our business, i believe most of us would have taken our business elsewhere. If you know within yourself that you couldnt afford to pay the shipping fees when the shipments arrived at their respective destinations you shouldnt have sent them or even took them and the payments from the people who paid and relied on you to do said service. The shipping services in the area are pretty hit or miss. It's nothing personal - they're overwhelmed or can use an update in how the workflows are managed. Shipspace really stands out in this industry because they're willing to take the stress out of the experience. I've used ShipSpace for package drop off instead of going to FEDEX or UPS. Even at such a simple interaction - I find them more pleasant. They offer the full range of shipping services, as well as faxing, notary, printing and money order.

The Shipspace can return the package to China with very cheaper than the other carriers, but Shipspace located in New York and I lived in California. The Shipspace advise me that I can ship the package to Shipspace in NY so Shipspace can reroute to China with Tracking number with the cost still lower than the other carriers. The Aliexpress gave me only 8 days to provide tracking number. I regret that I don't find Shipspace sooner even I found and called the shipping services Chinatown in California, but they refuse to ship return the products because those products were in law's restriction that cannot ship to China. The Shipspace's staff answer all questions while I'm under pressure and stressed out, and I felt relaxed out. I really appreciate it. I love to do business with Shipspace, and I hope Shipspace find the convenience way that can provide China Tracking number before Shipspace receive the package.

I'm so glad they opened up a store here. They are open long hours as well: Monday thru Friday 7am-7p and weekends 9am-1p I think. Now I don't have to search up places to return my packages. I can just go here. One thing to note is that they charge $1 for usps drop offs and if you want them to print your label. I think that's reasonable.
