I was selling my car and decided to get the window tinting on the back window replaced. It had become hideous, with bubbles and had been like that for a while. When I dropped it over to a guy in Vancouver to remove it professionally, the defrosting became damaged, which meant I couldn't sell the car. He had advised me this might happen, so it wasn't a surprise.

I went away, did some research and decided to deal with the problem by taking their advice and replacing the rear window. I called back down to A-1 Window Tinting the following morning, still stressed because of the pending sale. They called around their people in the area, and found Perfect Glass, who had a rear view window for the car in stock.
I dropped the car around to Perfect Glass. In turn, they sent the new rear view mirror back around to A-1 Window Tinting, had them put the new tint on the new rear window and drop it back to them. When I called back 2 hours later, the job had been completed - for well under what I expected it cost.
I cannot tell you how relieved I was to find such a service. The customer service from both Perfect Glass and A-1 Window Tinting was something you don't find often.
