Mark answered my call, answered my questions and was very articulate and professional. Based on the information I provided, he shared insight regarding what he thought the problem might be (faulty thermostat or igniter). The next day he came and expertly evaluated and replaced the igniter. He was not only professional, he was transparent and showed us exactly what he was replacing and demonstrated the before and after so we understood. I would confidently recommend Ricci Washer & Dryer.

I called on a Friday morning based on their Yelp reviews. Once I explained my situation, Tom assured me he'd pull some strings to get a tech out to my house. That they did! The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco). All in all, they got me squared away, and the pricing was very straightforward. Hopefully, I won't need service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Advantage FIRST!

I had an interior decorator coming to my home to do custom shower drapes and custom showers…read morecurtains in my guest bathroom. The drapes & curtain where absolutely gorgeous ! The installation on the shower tile wall was installed incorrectly. You don't use extension rods on shower tile wall, they have to be drill into the tile in order for the drapes not to fall on you when your in the shower. I found this out threw researching. The professional decorator never informed me about drilling the tile rods into the tile wall To keep the drapes & rods in place & prevent it from falling off. The curtains, shower curtains & tiny stick on hook all fell of the tile wall when our guest used this shower. I was so angry, embarrassed & frustrated. This professional decorator from Triangle Appliance should've known better... including her installer. My last complaint is the shiny chrome she used for the two extinction rods does not match my nickel chrome in the rest of my guest bathroom. She has not even reached out to me to apologize for the mistake.
