That one didn't work either, so they ordered a new radio. With all the supply chain and parts iddues I was planning on waiting a while for the new radio. After waiting many moths and enduring many unreturned phone calls, to a service rep that has since been fired, I fianlly got a new working radio and my wife is very happy. I called Mark, the GM, and he stepped up by making sure the radio was in stock and got me into service the very next week. I am glad to say that Ian and service team were great and got the job done when expected and done correctly.

We had driven our…read more2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Austin to Breckenridge but when we arrived we could suddenly hear clicking from the wheels when we turned the steering. Not wanting to drive these mountains with any doubt about the car I drove over to Groove to talk to them. I was met by Ryan at the Service Desk who took the time to come look at the noise and asked me some further questions. Super friendly and efficient (they were clearly busy). He quickly deciphered the problem and let me know they could take care of it. I waited in their lounge for an hour (fast wifi, great place to get some work done) and Ryan let me know that it was ready to roll and was all covered under warranty. I really couldn't make a suggestion on anything to improve here. Ryan went above and beyond to not only identify but get my problem solved in the absolute minimum amount of time.
