I discovered that my left/rear tire was VERY low, so I pumped it up with my DeWalt jump starter/pump while I checked Apple Maps for a local tire repair shop near me (Frisco, CO). The first "hit" was Big O Tire in Frisco, so I called them and told them I had a tire going flat, and needed a quick repair. It was 4:40 pm, and their response was, "We close at 5:00 pm, so we don't have time to help you out". Gee...thanks for nothing! I went back to Apple Maps and the second "hit" was Utopia Tire and Auto Repair. I called them and told them my situation. Jessica checked with her team and came back and said, "Bring it in and we'll do our best to help you". I limped to their shop, they threw my van into their bay, pulled the tire off, patched the hole, and sent me safely/happily on my way home in 15 minutes, as they locked the doors and closed up shop at 5:02 pm. AMAZING customer service, and even more importantly -- so very awesome that they took my issue on at the "last minute" and made sure that I got it fixed and sent me down the road to make it home, even if they had to do so at the very end of their workday. GREAT JOB, Utopia. Thank you SO MUCH for taking care of me when I needed some grace !

Owner Ray tried giving some excuse about the pillars from their lift and the angle of my door when it's clearly a tool scratch mark that goes from top to bottom "about the size of a t20" as the shop manager stated in his video to the owner. It has nothing to do with a door being swung open. Instead of owning up the owner is refusing to fix it, would highly recommended NOT going here. If damage does happen owner will try to stick you with it and look for any excuse to not fix it. Will not be coming back and will be letting everyone I know about this experience.

We are thrilled to have found this glass shop and will definitely come back to them if we have any future windshield damage from our bumpy dirt road.

They told me to bring it by right away and that they still had techs who can fill in the chip even though it was almost 4pm. Most wanted us to pay upfront and chase down the rental car company for reimbursement. She also gave us the last appointment of the day so we would not miss too much skiing and offered to drive us to any shopping or dining places in town while the car was repaired. Her friendly attitude and above and beyond service was exceptional. I hope I never need another windshield in Colorado, but I definitely would come here if I do. 5 !

I don't typically write reviews but after my 8 week ordeal with Silverthorne Auto Body (SAB), I…read morefelt the need to share. I first contacted SAB at the end of August, I'm a local and they had good reviews. I initially called and emailed them to confirm they had capacity and sent them the damages estimate from the insurance appraiser. Mitchel said "yeah it should be fine, let me look over the appraisal and I'll call you back"... and then never got back to me. After 3 weeks of waiting and asking when I could drop off my car, we decided to drive to his shop and speak in person, and ultimately left it there with him to begin working on it. Mitchell said this would be a big repair, with far more damages than the 8k estimated and would take 6 weeks. After 3 weeks we called for an update, in which Mitchell said it would actually be 16k in repairs and that he was submitting the paperwork to my insurance today. A few days after not seeing any further correspondence, we call Mitchell again and he tells us the insurance company has asked for more photos which he is sending today. A few more days later, we call our insurance company to ask what the hold up was about. Turns out he has not submitted anything. So we call Mitchell back, now frustrated, and he claims the insurance website/portal was difficult. We decided to wait one more week for updates/progress since I was out of town traveling for work. Now late October, our insurance company has not heard a thing from Mitchell, they call him directly to try to assist and it is decided that my car will be towed down to Denver to a different auto body shop. My car arrives the next day and we find out that Mitchell had never even taken my car apart to inspect the 8k in addition damages that he claimed it needed. The new body shop in Denver immediately took it apart and order parts and said it will be done in 2 weeks. My conclusion here is that Michell is a liar and I would not recommend anyone take their car here for service.
