As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do.
