He told me not to buy the groupon, he would give me the deal. Now I realize, he didn't want me reviewing him on that site nor pay Groupon their share. I told him exactly what my carpets were like. Heavy smokers and many stains. The carpet was probably never cleaned by the last owners. I just can't afford to replace the carpet yet with wood floors yet. I just bought a home, but hadn't moved yet, and didn't have the time or energy to clean the carpets in my two story home. I wasn't able to take off work to be here to monitor his work. Big Mistake!! I made him take $$ off, and not enough, because just at first site I was not happy. He then proceeded to "clean a portion of the living room (again?), and ran that thing so fast, there is no way it had time to suck up any of the dirt. When I mentioned that, his comment was, I've been doing this for 12 years. Not sure how he stays in business. I waited until the next day to vacuum, and I was still vacuuming up the same type and amount of dirt I was vacuuming before he robbed me. Needless to say I have been cleaning carpets, room by room, in my "SPARE" time and the stains have been removed. I also paid him to clean my air vents, but unless I hire someone to check those, I will never know if he even did that. I would like to give this -1 star.

We were looking for a reliable, affordable and local small business to help me with the housekeeping things most guys struggle with. I just used B & B Moving and Delivery service this past week. To say my world was in shambles at…read morethat particular moment when I called them is an understatement. My home sold much faster than I was expecting and I needed movers STAT! (2 weeks till moving day!). No one could fit me in, I was referred by a storage facility to call Chris and his guys at B&B Delivery Service. Chris was able to fit me in! Yay, first hurdle overcome. Well do you believe the day of closing on my house, I had a small setback which postponed my move. I called Chris and he was completely understanding. Not only did he calm my stress but held my items. Ok, 2nd hurdle overcome. When I finally was able to move (thank goodness it was only a day later), my couch got a bit dirty in the move (hey, stuff like this happens, I get it). I didn't say anything to Chris about it, but I guess one of the gentleman on the crew noticed my sadness and called Chris. Chris immediately texted that day and said he would get it cleaned. And sure enough, KG Cleaning service showed up today! 3rd hurdled crossed. At every success point Chris is the one that ultimately came through for me. I have moved too many times to count and NEVER had this kind of service. It's rare to find a company that is truly "men of their word" and legit care about the quality of their work and customers. Additionally, every single person that walked in my home from B & B was nothing but respectful and kind. These guys know how to treat their customers and keep them coming back! I'm a customer for life. What a great experience! If you've never tried them, please do, you won't be disappointed!
