Paul Romanick sued me for trademark infringement in 2021 and I had payed TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars to try to keep my business in 2021. I was taught his cleaning "three step" cleaning process in a few days of training. I did find there were several different "processes," using the same CitruSolution name and trademarks, that are different from the three step process I was taught . One was doing a "six step process." One was using a traditional, truck-mounted extractor. One was using a Rug Doctor. I wasn't trained, nor made aware there were so many different ways to do the "CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning Process." I was single handedly responsible for ALL of my advertising and marketing. I was able to successfully build my business and the CitruSolution brand for 17 YEARS until I was sued by Paul Romanick.

Heavy smokers and many stains. The carpet was probably never cleaned by the last owners. I just can't afford to replace the carpet yet with wood floors yet. I made him take $$ off, and not enough, because just at first site I was not happy. He then proceeded to "clean a portion of the living room (again?), and ran that thing so fast, there is no way it had time to suck up any of the dirt. I waited until the next day to vacuum, and I was still vacuuming up the same type and amount of dirt I was vacuuming before he robbed me.
